Short Moonsighting Dua

Short dua upon seeing the crescent moon of Muharram, from Al-Mukhtasar min al-Muntakhab.

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ رَبِّي وَ رَبُّكَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَنِي وَ خَلَقَكَ وَ قَدَّرَكَ فِي مَنَازِلِكَ [وَ قَدَّرَ مَنَازِلَكَ‌] وَ جَعَلَكَ آيَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ يُبَاهِي اللَّهُ بِكَ الْمَلَائِكَةَ اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَ الْإِيمَانِ وَ السَّلَامَةِ وَ الْإِسْلَامِ وَ الْغِبْطَةِ وَ السُّرُورِ وَ الْبَهْجَةِ وَ ثَبِّتْنَا عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ وَ الْمُسَارَعَةِ فِيمَا يُرْضِيكَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي شَهْرِنَا هَذَا وَ ارْزُقْنَا خَيْرَهُ وَ بَرَكَتَهُ وَ يُمْنَهُ وَ عَوْنَهُ وَ فَوْزَهُ وَ اصْرِفْ عَنَّا شَرَّهُ وَ بَلَاءَهُ وَ فِتْنَتَهُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ.

Exalt the Sublime God and say: "God is the Great! God is the Great! God is the Great! God is my Lord and your Lord! God is the Lord of the worlds. There are no Gods but God. Praise be to God, Who created me, created you, destined Your Path and established you as a sign for the people of the world.God takes pride in you near the angels. O' my God!Please let this month be a period of peace, faith, safety and total submission to Your will .Please establish us firmly in Your obedience and make us walk apace swiftly to that which You like and approve. O' my God! Please bless us in this month. And please bless us with its generous goodness and abundance, its blessedness, assistance and salvation. and safeguard us from any evil, misfortune and mischief during this month.By Your Mercy! O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful."

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَ وَ بِكَلِمَاتِكَ وَ أَسْمَائِكَ الْحُسْنَى كُلِّهَاوَ أَنْبِيَائِكَ وَ رُسُلِكَ وَ أَوْلِيَائِكَ وَ مَلَائِكَتِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ [الْمُؤْمِنِينَ‌] وَ جَمِيعِ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَأَلَّا تُخَلِّيَنِي مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ الَّتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْ‌ءٍ يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا وَاحِدُ يَا حَيُّ يَا أَوَّلُ يَا آخِرُ يَا ظَاهِرُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ رَاغِبٌ إِلَيْكَ مَعَ كَثْرَةِ نِسْيَانِي وَ ذُنُوبِي وَ لَوْ لَا سَعَةُ رَحْمَتِكَ وَ لُطْفِكَ وَ رَأْفَتِكَ لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْهَالِكِينَ يَا مَنْ هُوَ عَالِمٌ بِفَقْرِي إِلَى جَمِيلِ نَظَرِهِ وَ سَعَةِ رَحْمَتِهِ أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَسْمَائِكَ كُلِّهَا مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهَا وَ مَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْوَ بِحَقِّكَ عَلَى خَلْقِكَ وَ بِقِدَمِكَ وَ أَزَلِكَ وَ إِبَادِكَ وَ خُلْدِكَ وَ سَرْمَدِكَ وَ كِبْرِيَائِكَ وَ جَبَرُوتِكَ وَ عَظَمَتِكَ وَ شَأْنِكَ وَ مَشِيَّتِكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَنْ تَرْحَمَنِي وَ تُقَدِّسَنِي بِلَمَحَاتِ حَنَانِكَ وَ مَغْفِرَتِكَ وَ رِضْوَانِكَ وَ تَعْصِمَنِي مِنْ كُلِّ مَا نَهَيْتَنِي عَنْهُ وَ تُوَفِّقَنِي لِمَا يُرْضِيكَ عَنِّي وَ تُجْبِرَنِي عَلَى مَا أَمَرْتَنِي بِهِ وَ أَحْبَبْتَهُ مِنِّي اللَّهُمَّ امْلَأْ قَلْبِي وَقَارَ جَلَالِكَ وَ جَلَالَ عَظَمَتِكَ وَ كِبْرِيَائِكَ وَ أَعِنِّي عَلَى جَمِيعِ أَعْدَائِكَ وَ أَعْدَائِييَا خَيْرَ الْمَالِكِينَ وَ أَوْسَعَ الرَّازِقِينَ وَ يَا مُكَوِّرَ الدُّهُورِ وَ يَا مُبَدِّلَ الْأَزْمَانِ وَيَا مُولِجَ اللَّيْلِ فِي النَّهَارِ وَ مُولِجَ النَّهَارِ فِي اللَّيْلِ يَا مُدَبِّرَ الدُّوَلِ وَ الْأُمُورِ وَ الْأَيَّامِأَنْتَ الْقَدِيمُ الَّذِي لَمْ تَزَلْ وَ الْمَالِكُ الَّذِي لَا يَزُولُ سُبْحَانَكَ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَ حَوْلِكَ عَلَى كُلِّ حَمْدٍ وَ حَوْلٍ دَائِماً مَعَ دَوَامِكَ وَ سَاطِعاً بِكِبْرِيَائِكَأَنْتَ إِلَهِي وَلِيُّ الْحَامِدِينَ وَ مَوْلَى الشَّاكِرِينَ يَا مَنْ مَزِيدُهُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ وَ يَا مَنْ نِعَمُهُ لَا تُجَازَى وَ شُكْرُهُ لَا يُسْتَقْصَى وَ مُلْكُهُ لَا يَبِيدُ وَ أَيَّامُهُ لَا تُحْصَى صِلْ أَيَّامِي بِأَيَّامِكَ مَغْفُوراً لِي مُحَرَّماً لَحْمِي وَ دَمِي وَ مَا وَهَبْتَ لِي مِنَ الْخَلْقِ وَ الْحَيَاةِ وَ الْحَوْلِ وَ الْقُوَّةِ عَلَى النَّارِيَا جَارَ الْمُسْتَجِيرِينَ وَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ تَوَكَّلْتُ‌عَلَى الْحَيِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ‌الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ مالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَ إِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ‌ لِنَفْسِي وَ دِينِي وَ سَمْعِي وَ بَصَرِي وَ جَسَدِي وَ جَمِيعِ جَوَارِحِي وَ وَالِدَيَّ وَ أَهْلِي وَ مَالِي وَ أَوْلَادِي وَ جَمِيعِ مَنْ يَعْنِينِي أَمْرُهُ وَ سَائِرِ مَا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينِي عَلَى جَمِيعِ مَنْ أَخَافُهُ وَ أَحْذَرُهُ بَرّاً وَ بَحْراً مِنْ خَلْقِكَ أَجْمَعِينَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَ أَعَزُّ وَ أَجَلُّ وَ أَمْنَعُ مِمَّا أَخَافُ وَ أَحْذَرُ عَزَّ جَارُ اللَّهِ وَ جَلَّ ثَنَاءُ اللَّهِ وَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُاللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِي جِوَارِكَ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ وَ فِي حِمَاكَ الَّذِي لَا يُسْتَبَاحُ وَ لَا يَذِلُّ وَ فِي ذِمَّتِكَ الَّتِي لَا تُخْفَرُ وَ فِي مَنْعَتِكَ الَّتِي لَا تُسْتَذَلُّ وَ لَا تُسْتَضَامُ وَ جَارُ اللَّهِ آمِنٌ مَحْفُوظٌ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ اللَّهُمَّ يَا كَافِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ لَا يَكْفِي مِنْهُ شَيْ‌ءٌ يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ مِثْلَ كِفَايَتِهِ شَيْ‌ءٌ اكْفِنِي كُلَّ شَيْ‌ءٍ حَتَّى لَا يَضُرَّنِي مَعَكَ شَيْ‌ءٌ وَ اصْرِفْ عَنِّي الْهَمَّ وَ الْحُزْنَ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ [بك‌] الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ يَا اللَّهُ يَا كَرِيمُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَدْرَأُ بِكَ فِي نُحُورِ أَعْدَائِي وَ كُلِّ مَنْ يُرِيدُنِي سوء [بِسُوءٍ] وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهِمْ وَ أَسْتَعِينُكَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَاكْفِنِيهِمْ بِمَا شِئْتَ وَ كَيْفَ شِئْتَ وَ مِنْ حَيْثُ شِئْتَ وَ أَنَّى شِئْتَ‌ فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ‌ سَنَشُدُّ عَضُدَكَ بِأَخِيكَ وَ نَجْعَلُ لَكُما سُلْطاناً فَلا يَصِلُونَ إِلَيْكُما بِآياتِنا أَنْتُما وَ مَنِ اتَّبَعَكُمَا الْغالِبُونَ‌ إِنَّا رُسُلُ رَبِّكَ لَنْ يَصِلُوا إِلَيْكَ‌ لا تَخافاإِنَّنِي مَعَكُما أَسْمَعُ وَ أَرى‌ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِالرَّحْمنِ مِنْكَ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَقِيًّا اخْسَؤُا فِيها وَ لا تُكَلِّمُونِ‌ أَصْبَحْتُ وَ أَمْسَيْتُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي‌ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْ‌ءٌ مُمْتَنِعاً وَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ كُلِّهَا مُحْتَرِزاً وَ بِأَسْمَاءِ اللَّهِ الْحَسَنَةِ مُتَعَوِّذاً وَ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ مُوسَى وَ هَارُونَ وَ رَبِّ عِيسَى‌ وَ إِبْراهِيمَ الَّذِي وَفَّى‌ مِنْ شَرِّ الْمَرَدَةِ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيدٍ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍ أَخَذْتُ سَمْعَ كُلِّ طَاغٍ وَ بَاغٍ وَ عَدُوٍّ وَ حَاسِدٍ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ عَنِّي وَ عَنْ أَوْلَادِي وَ أَهْلِي وَ مَالِي وَ جَمِيعِ مَنْ يَعْنِينِي أَمْرُهُ وَ أَخَذْتُ سَمْعَ كُلِّ مُطَالِبٍ وَ بَصَرَهُ وَ قُوَّتَهُ وَ يَدَيْهِ وَ رِجْلَيْهِ وَ لِسَانَهُ وَ شَعْرَهُ وَ بَشَرَهُ وَ جَمِيعَ جَوَارِحِهِبِسَمْعِ اللَّهِ وَ أَخَذْتُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ عَنِّي بِبَصَرِ اللَّهِ وَ كَسَرْتُ قُوَّتَهُمْ عَنِّي بِقُوَّةِ اللَّهِ وَ بِكَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَتِينِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُمْ عَلَيَّ سُلْطَانٌ وَ لَا سَبِيلٌ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَهُمْ حِجَابٌ مَسْتُورٌ وَ بِسَتْرِ اللَّهِ وَ سَتْرِ النُّبُوَّةِ الَّذِي احْتَجَبُوا بِهِ مِنْ سَطَوَاتِ الْفَرَاعِنَةِ فَسَتَرَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِهِ جَبْرَئِيلُ عَنْ أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَ مِيكَائِيلُ عَنْ شَمَائِلِكُمْ وَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَبَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَ اللَّهُ جَلَّ وَ عَزَّ عَالٍ عَلَيْكُمْ وَ مُحِيطٌ بِكُمْ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَ مِنْ وَرَائِكُمْ وَ آخِذٌ بِنَوَاصِيكُمْ وَ بِسَمْعِكُمْ وَ أَبْصَارِكُمْ وَ قُلُوبِكُمْ وَ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَ قُوَاكُمْ وَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَ أَرْجُلِكُمْ يَحُولُ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَ‌ شُرُورِكُمْ وَ جَعَلْنا فِي أَعْناقِهِمْ أَغْلالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الْأَذْقانِ فَهُمْ مُقْمَحُونَ وَ جَعَلْنا مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْناهُمْ فَهُمْ لا يُبْصِرُونَ‌ شَاهَتِ الْوُجُوهُ‌ صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ‌ طه‌ حم‌ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ اللَّهُمَّ يَا مَنْ سِتْرُهُ لَا يُرَامُ وَ يَا مَنْ عَيْنُهُ لَا تَنَامُ اسْتُرْنِي بِسِتْرِكَ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ وَ احْفَظْنِي بِعَيْنِكَ الَّتِي لَا تَنَامُ مِنَ الْآفَاتِ كُلِّهَا حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ مِنْ جَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ الَّذِي يَكْفِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ لَا يَكْفِي مِنْهُ شَيْ‌ءٌ حَسْبِيَ الْخَالِقُ مِنَ الْمَخْلُوقِينَ حَسْبِيَ الرَّازِقُ مِنَ الْمَرْزُوقِينَ حَسْبِيَ الرَّبُّ مِنَ الْمَرْبُوبِينَ حَسْبِي مَنْ لَا يَمُنُّ مِمَّنْ يَمُنُّ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ الْقَرِيبُ الْمُجِيبُ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ مِنْ كُلِّ أَحَدٍ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ وَ كَفَى سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ دَعَا لَيْسَ وَرَاءَ اللَّهِ مُنْتَهَى وَ لَا مِنَ اللَّهِ مَهْرَبٌ وَ لَا مَنْجَى‌ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لا إِلهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَ هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ‌ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِي جِوَارِكَ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ وَ فِي حِمَاكَ الَّذِي لَا يُسْتَبَاحُ وَ فِي ذِمَّتِكَ الَّتِي لَا تُخْفَرُ وَ احْفَظْنِي بِعَيْنِكَ الَّتِي لَا تَنَامُ وَ اكْنُفْنِي بِرُكْنِكَ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ وَ أَدْخِلْنِي فِي عِزِّكَ الَّذِي لَا يُضَامُ وَ ارْحَمْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا رَحْمَانُاللَّهُمَّ يَا اللَّهُ لَا تُهْلِكْنِي وَ أَنْتَ رَجَائِي يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحِيمُ‌ وَ أُفَوِّضُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَصِيرٌ بِالْعِبادِ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَ جَلَالِ وَجْهِهِ وَ مَا وَعَاهُ اللَّوْحُ مِنْ عِلْمِ اللَّهِ وَ مَا سَتَرَتِ الْحُجُبُ مِنْ نُورِ بَهَاءِ اللَّهِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ضَعِيفٌ مُعِيلٌ فَقِيرٌ طَالِبُ حَوَائِجَ قَضَاؤُهَا بِيَدِكَ فَأَسْأَلُكَاللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ الْوَاحِدِ الْأَحَدِ الْفَرْدِ الصَّمَدِ الْكَبِيرِ الْمُتَعَالِ الَّذِي مَلَأَ الْأَرْكَانَ كُلَّهَا حِفْظاً وَ عِلْماً أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ [عَلَى‌] آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ أَوَّلَ يَوْمِي هَذَا وَ أَوَّلَ شَهْرِي هَذَا وَ أَوَّلَ سَنَتِي هَذِهِ صَلَاحاً وَ أَوْسَطَ يَوْمِي هَذَا وَ أَوْسَطَ شَهْرِي هَذَا وَ أَوْسَطَ سَنَتِي هَذِهِ فَلَاحاً وَ آخِرَ يَوْمِي هَذَا وَ آخِرَ شَهْرِي هَذَا وَ آخِرَ سَنَتِي هَذِهِ نَجَاحاً وَ أَنْ تَتُوبَ عَلَيَ‌ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ‌ اللَّهُمَّ عَرِّفْنِي بَرَكَةَ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ وَ هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ وَ يُمْنَهُمَا وَ بَرَكَتَهُمَا وَ ارْزُقْنِي خَيْرَهُمَا وَ اصْرِفْ عَنِّي شَرَّهُمَا وَ ارْزُقْنِي فِيهِمَا الصِّحَّةَ وَ السَّلَامَةَ وَ الْعَافِيَةَ وَ الِاسْتِقَامَةَ وَ السَّعَةَ وَ الدَّعَةَ وَ الْأَمْنَ وَ الْكِفَايَةَ وَ الْحِرَاسَةَ وَ الْكِلَاءَةَ وَ وَفِّقْنِي فِيهِمَا لِمَا يُرْضِيكَ عَنِّي وَ بَلِّغْنِي فِيهِمَا أُمْنِيَّتِي وَ سَهِّلْ لِي فِيهِمَا مَحَبَّتِي وَ يَسِّرْ لِي فِيهِمَا مُرَادِي وَ أَوْصِلْنِي فِيهِمَا إِلَى بُغْيَتِي وَ فَرِّجْ فِيهِمَا غَمِّي وَ اكْشِفْ فِيهِمَا ضُرِّي وَ اقْضِ لِي فِيهِمَا دَيْنِي وَ انْصُرْنِي فِيهِمَا عَلَى أَعْدَائِي وَ حُسَّادِي وَ اكْفِنِي فِيهِمَا أَمْرَهُمْ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ‌ لا إِلهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ‌ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً اللَّهُمَ‌ا رَبِّي وَ سَيِّدِي وَ مَوْلَايَ مِنْ الْمَهَالِكِ فَأَنْقِذْنِي وَ عَنِ الذُّنُوبِ فَاصْرِفْنِي وَ عَمَّا لَا يُصْلِحُ وَ لَا يُغْنِي فَجَنِّبْنِياللَّهُمَّ لَا تَدَعْ ذَنْباً إِلَّا غَفَرْتَهُ وَ لَا هَمّاً إِلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ وَ لَا عَيْباً إِلَّا سَتَرْتَهُ وَ لَا رِزْقاً إِلَّا بَسَطْتَهُ وَ لَا عُسْراً إِلَّا يَسَّرْتَهُ وَ لَا سُوءاً إِلَّا صَرَفْتَهُ وَ لَا خَوْفاً إِلَّا أَمِنْتَهُ وَ لَا رُعْباً إِلَّا سَكَّنْتَهُ وَ لَا سُقْماً إِلَّا شَفَيْتَهُ وَ لَا حَاجَةً إِلَّا أَتَيْتَ عَلَى قَضَائِهَا فِي يُسْرٍ مِنْكَ وَ عَافِيَةٍ. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسَأْتُ فَأَحْسَنْتَ وَ أَخْطَأْتُ فَتَفَضَّلْتَ لِلثِّقَةِ مِنِّي بِعَفْوِكَ وَ الرَّجَاءِ مِنِّي لِرَحْمَتِكَاللَّهُمَّ بِحَقِّ هَذَا الدُّعَاءِ وَ بِحَقِيقَةِ هَذَا الرَّجَاءِ لَمَّا كَشَفْتَ عَنِّي الْبَلَاءَ وَ جَعَلْتَ لِي مِنْهُ مَخْرَجاً وَ مَنْجًى بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَ فَضْلِكَاللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْعَالِمُ بِذُنُوبِنَا فَاغْفِرْهَا وَ بِأُمُورِنَا فَسَهِّلْهَا وَ بِدُيُونِنَا فَأَدِّهَا وَ بِحَوَائِجِنَا فَاقْضِهَا بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَ فَضْلِكَ‌ إِنَّكَ عَلى‌ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ قَدِيرٌ وَ لَوْ أَنَّ قُرْآناً سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبالُ أَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ الْأَرْضُ أَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ الْمَوْتى‌ بَلْ لِلَّهِ الْأَمْرُ جَمِيعاً وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ عَلَى نَفْسِي وَ دِينِي وَ سَمْعِي وَ بَصَرِي وَ جَسَدِي وَ جَمِيعِ جَوَارِحِي وَ مَا أَقَلَّتِ الْأَرْضُ مِنِّي‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ عَلَى وَالِدَيَّ مِنَ النَّارِ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ عَلَى أَهْلِي وَ مَالِي وَ أَوْلَادِي‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ عَلَى جَمِيعِ مَنْ يَعْنِينِي أَمْرُهُ‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ أَعْطَانِي رَبِّي‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ افْتَتَحْتُ شَهْرِي هَذَا وَ سَنَتِي هَذِهِ وَ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَ لَا حَوْلَ لِي وَ لَا حِيلَةَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيراً وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيراً وَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ‌ بُكْرَةً وَ أَصِيلًا سُبْحانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ وَ سَلامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ‌ فَسُبْحانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَ حِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ وَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ وَ عَشِيًّا وَ حِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَ يُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَ يُحْيِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِها وَ كَذلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهَا وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ أَعْدَائِي أَنْ يَفْرُطُوا عَلَيَّ وَ أَنْ يَطْغَوْا وَ أُقَدِّمُ بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ وَ مِنْ خَلْفِي وَ عَنْ يَمِينِي وَ عَنْ شِمَالِي وَ مِنْ فَوْقِي وَ مِنْ تَحْتِي‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَ لَمْ يُولَدْ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ لِنَفْسِي بِي وَ مُحِيطٌ بِي وَ بِمَالِي وَ وَالِدَيَّ وَ أَوْلَادِي وَ أَهْلِي وَ جَمِيعِ مَنْ يَعْنِينِي أَمْرُهُ وَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ هُوَ لِي وَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ مَعِي تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى‌ الْحَيِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ وَ اعْتَصَمْتُ بِعُرْوَةِ اللَّهِ الْوُثْقَى الَّتِي‌ لَا انْفِصامَ لَها وَ اللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ‌اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لِي مِنْ قَدَرِكَ فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ وَ مَا بَعْدَهَا حُسْنَ عَافِيَتِي وَ سَعَةَ رِزْقِي وَ اكْفِنِياللَّهُمَّ الْمُهِمَّ مِنْ أُمُورِ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ اعْصِمْنِي أَنْ أُخْطِئَ وَ ارْزُقْنِي خَيْرَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ قُلْ مَنْ يَكْلَؤُكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وَ النَّهارِ مِنَ السَّبُعِ وَ السَّارِقِ وَ الْحَيَّاتِ وَ الْعَقَارِبِ وَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ وَ الطَّيْرِ وَ الْوَحْشِ وَ الْهَوَامِّ قُلِ اللَّهُ وَ جَعَلْنا فِي أَعْناقِهِمْ أَغْلالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الْأَذْقانِ فَهُمْ مُقْمَحُونَ وَ جَعَلْنا مِنْ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْناهُمْ فَهُمْ لا يُبْصِرُونَ‌اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِكَ التَّامَّاتِ كُلِّهَا وَ آيَاتِكَ الْمُحْكَمَاتِ مِنْ غَضَبِكَ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ عِقَابِكَ وَ مِنْ شِرَارِ عِبَادِكَ وَ مِنْ هَمَزاتِ الشَّياطِينِ وَ أَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ‌ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ وَ أَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الْعَظِيمِ فَإِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ وَ تَقْدِرُ وَ لَا أَقْدِرُ وَ بِيَدِكَ مَفَاتِيحُ الْخَيْرِ وَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِاللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كَانَ مَا أُرِيدُهُ وَ يُرَادُ بِي خَيْراً لِي فِي دِينِي وَ دُنْيَايَ وَ عَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَيَسِّرْهُ لِي وَ بَارِكْ لِي فِيهِ وَ اصْرِفْ عَنِّي الْأَذَى فِيهِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ غَيْرُ ذَلِكَ خَيْراً فَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ إِلَى مَا هُوَ أَصْلَحُ لِي بَدَناً وَ عَافِيَةً فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ اقْصِدْنِي إِلَى الْخَيْرِ حَيْثُ مَا كُنْتُ وَ وَجِّهْنِي إِلَى الْخَيْرِ حَيْثُ مَا تَوَجَّهْتُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ وَ أَعْزِزْنِياللَّهُمَّ بِمَا اسْتَعْزَزْتُ بِهِ مِنْ دُعَائِي هَذَا وَ أُقَدِّمُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ نِسْيَانِي وَ عَجَلَتِي‌ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ‌ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَاللَّهُمَّ مَا حَلَفْتُ مِنْ حَلْفٍ أَوْ قُلْتُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ نَذَرْتُ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فَمَشِيَّتُكَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْهُ كَانَ وَ مَا لَمْ تَشَأْ لَمْ يَكُنْاللَّهُمَّ مَا حَلَفْتُ فِي يَوْمِي هَذَا أَوْ فِي شَهْرِي هَذَا أَوْ فِي سَنَتِي هَذِهِ مِنْ حَلْفٍ أَوْ قُلْتُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ أَوْ نَذَرْتُ مِنْ نَذْرٍ فَلَا تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِهِ وَ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْهُ فِي سَعَةٍ وَ فِي اسْتِثْنَاءٍ وَ لَا تُؤَاخِذْنِي بِسُوءِ عَمَلِي وَ لَا تَبْلُغْ بِي مَجْهُوداًاللَّهُمَّ وَ مَنْ أَرَادَنِي بِسُوءٍ فِي يَوْمِي هَذَا أَوْ فِي شَهْرِي هَذَا أَوْ فِي سَنَتِي هَذِهِ فَأَرِدْهُ بِهِ وَ مَنْ كَادَنِي فَكِدْهُ وَ افْلُلْ عَنِّي حَدَّ مَنْ نَصَبَ لِي حَدَّهُ وَ أَطْفِئْ عَنِّي نَارَ مَنْ أَضْرَمَ لِي وَقُودَهَااللَّهُمَّ وَ اكْفِنِي مَكْرَ الْمَكَرَةِ وَ افْقَأْ عَنِّي أَعْيُنَ عَيْنِ السَّحَرَةِ وَ اعْصِمْنِي مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَ أَلْبِسْنِي دِرْعَكَ الْحَصِينَةَ وَ أَلْزِمْنِي كَلِمَةَ التَّقْوَى الَّتِي أَلْزَمْتَهَا الْمُتَّقِينَاللَّهُمَّ وَ اجْعَلْ دُعَائِي خَالِصاً لَكَ وَ اجْعَلْنِي أَبْتَغِي بِهِ مَا عِنْدَكَ وَ لَا تَجْعَلْنِي أَبْتَغِي بِهِ أَحَداً سِوَاكَاللَّهُمَّ يَا رَبِّ جَنِّبْنِي الْعِلَلَ وَ الْهُمُومَ وَ الْغُمُومَ وَ الْأَحْزَانَ وَ الْأَمْرَاضَ وَ الْأَسْقَامَ وَ اصْرِفْ عَنِّي السُّوءَ وَ الْفَحْشَاءَ وَ الْجَهْدَ وَ الْبَلَاءَ وَ التَّعَبَ وَ الْعَنَاءَ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعاءِ قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبٌاللَّهُمَّ أَلِنْ لِي أَعْدَائِي وَ مُعَامِلِيَّ وَ مُطَالِبِيَّ وَ مَا غَلُظَ عَلَيَّ مِنْ أُمُورِي كُلِّهَا كَمَا أَلَنْتَ الْحَدِيدَ لِدَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُاللَّهُمَّ وَ ذَلِّلْهُمْ لِي كَمَا ذَلَّلْتَ الْأَنْعَامَ لِوُلْدِ آدَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُاللَّهُمَّ وَ سَخِّرْهُمْ لِي كَمَا سَخَّرْتَ الطَّيْرَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُاللَّهُمَّ وَ أَلْقِ عَلَيَّ مَحَبَّةً مِنْكَ كَمَا أَلْقَيْتَهَا عَلَى مُوسَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَ زِدْ فِي جَاهِي وَ سَمْعِي وَ بَصَرِي وَ قُوَّتِي وَ ارْدُدْ [وَ ازْدَدْ] نِعْمَتَكَ عَلَيَّ وَ أَعْطِنِي سُؤْلِي وَ مُنَايَ وَ حَسِّنْ لِي خَلْقِي وَ اجْعَلْنِي مَهُوباً مَرْهُوباً مَخُوفاً وَ أَلْقِ لِي فِي قُلُوبِ أَعْدَائِي وَ مُعَامِلِيَّ وَ مُطَالِبِيَّ الرَّأْفَةَ وَ الرَّحْمَةَ وَ الْمَهَابَةَ وَ سَخِّرْهُمْ لِي بِقُدْرَتِكَاللَّهُمَّ يَا كَافِيَ مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ فِرْعَوْنَ وَ يَا كَافِيَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ الْأَحْزَابَ وَ يَا كَافِيَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ نَارَ النُّمْرُودِ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اكْفِنِي كُلَّ مَا أَخَافُ وَ أَحْذَرُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحِيمُاللَّهُمَّ يَا دَلِيلَ الْمُتَحَيِّرِينَ وَ يَا مُفَرِّجُ عَنِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ وَ يَا مُرَوِّحُ عَنِ الْمَغْمُومِينَ وَ يَا مُؤَدِّي عَنِ الْمَدْيُونِينَ وَ يَا إِلَهَ الْعَالَمِينَ فَرِّجْ كَرْبِي وَ هَمِّي وَ غَمِّي وَ أَدِّ عَنِّي وَ عَنْ كُلِّ مَدْيُونٍ وَ أَعْطِنِي سُؤْلِي وَ مُنَايَ وَ افْتَحْ لِي مِنْكَ بِخَيْرٍ وَ اخْتِمْ لِي بِخَيْرٍاللَّهُمَّ يَا رَجَائِي وَ عُدَّتِي لَا تُقْطَعُ مِنْكَ رَجَائِي وَ أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ وَ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابُ الرِّزْقِ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَحْتَسِبُ وَ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا أَحْتَسِبُ وَ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَعْلَمُ وَ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا أَعْلَمُ وَ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَرْجُو وَ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا أَرْجُو وَ ارْزُقْنِي السَّلَامَةِ وَ الْعَافِيَةَ وَ الْبَرَكَةُ فِي جَمِيعِ مَا رَزَقْتَنِي وَ خِرْ لِي فِي جَمِيعِ أُمُورِي خِيَرَةً فِي عَافِيَةٍ وَ كُنْ لِي وَلِيّاً وَ حَافِظاً وَ نَاصِراً وَ لَقِّنِّي حُجَّتِياللَّهُمَّ وَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ أَوْ أَمَةٍ مِنْ إِمَائِكَ كَانَتْ لَهُ قِبَلِي مَظْلِمَةٌ ظَلَمْتُهُ بِهَا فِي مَالِهِ أَوْ سَمْعِهِ أَوْ بَصَرِهِ أَوْ قُوَّتِهِ وَ لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ رَدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ وَ لَا تَحِلَّتَهَا مِنْهُ فَأَسْأَلُكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْ تُرْضِيَهُ عَنِّي بِمَا شِئْتَ ثُمَّ تَهَبَ لِي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً يَا وَهَّابَ الْعَطَايَا وَ الْخَيْرِاللَّهُمَّ وَ لَا تُخْرِجْنِي مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَ لِأَحَدٍ فِي رَقَبَتِي تَبِعَةٌ وَ لَا ذَنْبٌ إِلَّا وَ قَدْ غَفَرْتَ ذَلِكَ لِي بِكَرَمِكَ وَ رَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الثَّبَاتَ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَ الْعَزِيمَةَ عَلَى الرُّشْدِ وَ أَسْأَلُكَاللَّهُمَّ يَا رَبِّ شُكْرَ نِعْمَتِكَ وَ حُسْنَ عِبَادَتِكَ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ قَلْباً سَلِيماً وَ لِسَاناً صَادِقاً وَ يَقِيناً نَافِعاً وَ رِزْقاً دَارّاً هَنِيئاً وَ رَحْمَةً أَنَالُ بِهَا شَرَفَ كَرَامَتِكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ عَافِيَةً تَتْبَعُهَا عَافِيَةٌ شَافِيَةٌ كَافِيَةٌ عَافِيَةَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا سَيِّدِي وَ مَوْلَايَ أَنْ تَكُونَ لِي سَنَداً وَ مُسْتَنَداً وَ عِمَاداً وَ مُعْتَمَداً وَ ذُخْراً وَ مُدَّخَراً وَ لَا تُخَيِّبْ أَمَلِي وَ لَا تَقْطَعْ رَجَائِي وَ لَا تُجْهِدْ بَلَائِي وَ لَا تُسِئْ قَضَائِي وَ لَا تُشْمِتْ بِي أَعْدَائِياللَّهُمَّ ارْضَ عَنِّي بِرِضَاكَ وَ عَافِنِي مِنْ جَمِيعِ بَلْوَاكَاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا اللَّهُ يَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ كُلِّ كَبِيرٍ يَا مَنْ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَ لَا وَزِيرَ يَا خَالِقَ الشَّمْسِ وَ الْقَمَرِ الْمُنِيرِ يَا رَازِقَ الطِّفْلِ الصَّغِيرِ يَا مُغْنِيَ الْبَائِسِ الْفَقِيرِ يَا مُغِيثَ الْمُمْتَهَنِ الضَّرِيرِ يَا مُطْلِقَ الْمُكَبَّلِ الْأَسِيرِ يَا جَابِرَ الْعَظْمِ الْكَسِيرِ يَا قَاصِمَ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ مُتَكَبِّرٍ يَا مُحْيِيَ الْعِظَامِ‌ وَ هِيَ رَمِيمٌ‌ يَا مَنْ لَا نِدَّ لَهُ وَ لَا شَبِيهَاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ [عَلَى‌] آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ يَا إِلَهِي بِكُلِّ مَا دَعَوْتُكَ بِهِ مِنْ هَذَا الدُّعَاءِ وَ بِجَمِيعِ أَسْمَائِكَ كُلِّهَا وَ بِمَعَاقِدِ الْعِزِّ مِنْ عَرْشِكَ وَ مُنْتَهَى الرَّحْمَةِ مِنْ كِتَابِكَ وَ بِجَدِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَ بِكَ فَلَا شَيْ‌ءَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْكَ أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لَنَا وَ تَرْحَمَنَا فَإِنَّا إِلَى رَحْمَتِكَ فُقَرَاءُ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَاللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَ لِوَالِدَيَّ وَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَ الْمُسْلِمَاتِ الْأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَ الْأَمْوَاتِ وَ اجْمَعْ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَ اكْفِنِياللَّهُمَّ يَا رَبِّي مَا لَا يَكْفِينِيهِ أَحَدٌ سِوَاكَ وَ اقْضِ لِي جَمِيعَ حَوَائِجِي وَ أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ وَ سَهِّلْ لِي مَحَابِّي كُلَّهَا فِي يُسْرٍ مِنْكَ وَ عَافِيَةٍ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ كَثِيراً مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَى اللَّهِ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ وَ كَفَى.

Say, “O' my God! You are Allah! There is no God but You! I ask You through Yourself, Your Words, all Your Beautiful Names, Your Prophets, Your Messengers, Your Guardians, Your nearby-stationed angels and all Your Servants in the ranks of the righteous.O' God! O' Beneficent to the believers! Please do not deprive me of Your Mercy which encompasses all things. O' God! O' Compassionate to the believers! O' the One! O' the Living! O' the First! O' the Last! O' Outward! O' Inward! O' King! O' Rich! O' the All-Encompassing! O' the All-Hearing, O' the All-Knowing! O' the Sublime! O' Witness! O' the All-Near! O' the Responder! The Praiseworthy! O' the Most Glorious One! O' Exalted in Might! O' Irresistible! O' Creator! O' the Kind! O' He who bestows bounties! O' the Worshipped! O' the Eternal! O' the Enduring! O' the Living! O' the Self-Subsisting! O' the One! O' the Odd O' the One! O' Eternal, Absolute! O' Resurrector! O' Inheritor! O' the All-Hearing, O' the All-Knowing! O' Knower of subtleties! O' the All Aware! O' Munificent! O' the Noble! O' the Able! O' The Affluent! O' the Subduer! O' the Compassionate! O' the Merciful! O' the Constrictor! O' the Expander! O' the Forbearing! O' the All-Generous! O' Pardoner! O' the Compassionate! O' the All-Forgiving! Here I am right in front of You and under Your Reign! I am inclined towards you in spite of my many wrong-doings and sins.Were it not due to Your Mercy, Your Favor and Your Kindness I would have been of the ruined ones.O' He who is aware of my poverty.Please look at me with favor and extend Your Mercy upon me.O' my God! Indeed I ask You by the totality of Your Names – those I know and those I do not know - and by Your Right over Your creatures! I ask You by Your having existed forever before, being Eternal, Your Abode, Your being Everlasting, Your Magnificence, Your Omnipotence, Your Grandeur, Your Loftiness and Your Will! I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny(as) have Mercy on me, and sanctify me by Your Benevolence and Your Pleasure.I ask You to protect me from all which You admonished against and help me succeed in doing what pleases You with me, and make me do whatever You have ordered me to do and pleases You. O' my God! My heart is filled with the tranquility of Your Glory, and the glory of Your Grandeur and Magnificence.O' the Best of the Owners! Assist me against all Your enemies and mine.O' the best Sustainer of our needs.O' He who changes the periods.O' He who changes the seasons.O' He who merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night.O' He who runs the governments, the affairs and the routine things.You are the Eternal One who have existed forever and You are the Owner who shall exist forever.Glory be to You! Praise belongs to You accompanied by Your Praise and Power.Praise that is Perpetual with Your Perpetuity, and is illuminated by Your Magnificence.You are my God! You are the Guardian of those who praise! You are the Master of those who are grateful.O' He who gives without any measure.O' He whose blessings cannot be repaid.And He who cannot be thanked enough and Whose Dominion does not diminish. Please join my days to Your Days having forgiven me and having made my flesh, blood, and all that You have bestowed upon me like my creation, life, strength and power immune from the Fire.O' the Protector of those seeking Your protection.O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.“In the name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.I rely upon Him who is Everlasting and shall not perish! “Praise be to God!, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; Most Compassionate, Most Merciful; Master of the Day of Judgment.You do we worship, and Your aid we seek-1:2-5.O‟ He Whose days cannot be counted.I seek Your Help for myself, my religion, my hearing, my sight, my body, all my organs, my parents, family, wealth and children, all under my custody, and others under my rein against all fears, dangers of all Your Creatures whether on the land or at sea.God is the Great! God is the Great! He is Honorable! He is Exalted! He fends off what I fear and threatens me.Anyone seeking God‟s Protection is honored.Glorious and sublime is God's Praise.And there is no God but God! O' my God! Please establish me in a place near Yourself that cannot be penetrated and under Your own support that cannot be violated or debased and Under Your Covenant that cannot be violated.Please put me in Your Fence that cannot be penetrated.Anyone seeking protection from God is protected.There is no Change or Power except with God the Sublime, the Supreme. O' my God! O' He who is needless of all things while nothing is needless of Him! O' He who nothing suffices like He does! Please take care of me such that nothing hurts me being with You.Please remove grief and sadness from me.There is no Change or Power except with God - the Sublime, the Supreme.O' God! O' the All-Generous. O' my God! I shall fend off my enemies and all who wish me harm by Your assistance.I take refuge in You from their evil! I seek Your help against them! Please help me against their evil with whatever You wish, however You wish, wherever You wish, and whenever You wish.“… but Allah will suffice thee as against them, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.”2:137.We will certainly strengthen thy arm through thy brother, and invest you both with authority, so they shall not be able to touch you: with Our Sign shall ye triumph,- you two as well as those who follow you.28:35."… We are Messengers from thy Lord! By no means shall they reach thee!-11:81."Fear not: for I am with you: I hear and see (everything).-20:46"I seek refuge from thee to ((Allah)) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear Allah.19:18"Be ye driven into it (with ignominy)! And speak ye not to Me!-23:108I made it to the morning and the evening by God‟s Honor! There is none like Him.36:8-9I take refuge in God‟s Perfect Words all of which are Reserved.I take refuge in God‟s Good Names in which refuge is taken.I take refuge in the Lord of Moses and Aaron! The Lord of Jesus and Abraham who was loyal.I take refuge from the evils of rebels from the genies or men, from the evils of all the followers of Satan, from the evils of all oppressors! I take the ears of all rebels, oppressors, tyrants, enemies and jealous ones from the genies and men off of me, my children, wife and property and all under my custody.I take the ears, the eyes, the power, the hands, the feet, the tongue, the hair, the skin and all their parts by God‟s Ear and took their eyes by God‟s Eyes, and I took their strength by God‟s Power and God‟s Plots.They no longer have any authority over me, and have no way to influence me by the cover of God and the Prophet (as) that protected them from the wrath of the Pharaohs of their time.God protected them with Gabriel on the right, Michael on the left, and Muhammad (as) between you and us.God the Almighty is Superior to you, and He circumvents you from the front and the back.He controls you, your hearing, your sight, your heart, your tongues, your strength, your hands, and your feet, and He has made a barrier between your evils and us.“We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see).And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see.”May their faces turn ugly and they become deaf ,dumb and blind! "Ta-Ha" and "Ha-Mim" - They cannot see. O' my God! O' He whose coverage does not collapse.O' He whose Eyes do not fall asleep! Please give me coverage with Your cover that does not collapse and protect me from all calamities by Your Eyes which do not fall asleep.God is sufficient for me over all His creatures.God – who is needless of all things but nothing is needless of Him – is sufficient for me.The Creator is sufficient for me instead of the creatures.The Provider is sufficient for me instead of those who are provided for.The Lord is sufficient for me instead of those who have lords.The One who Favors is sufficient for me rather than those who receive favors.God the Near the Fulfiller is sufficient for me.God is sufficient for me instead of everyone else.God is sufficient for me.He is One. There are no partners for Him.God is sufficient for me. He is enough.God hears the prayer of the supplicant.There is no destination beyond God.There is no place to run away to from God! And there is no running away from Him! “ (Allah) sufficeth me: there is no God but He: On Him is my trust,- He the Lord of the Throne (of Glory) Supreme!”9:129 O' my God! Please establish me in a place near Yourself that cannot be penetrated.Place me under Your own Support that cannot be violated and under Your Covenant that cannot be violated.And protect me by Your Eyes which do not fall asleep.Provide me with Your Support that does not collapse! And admit me into Your Might that cannot be oppressed.O' Compassionate! Have mercy on me by Your Mercy.O' God! Please do not destroy me.And You are my hope O' Compassionate O' Merciful! “My (own) affair I commit to God!.For Allah (ever) watches over His Servants.” 40:44There is no change nor any strength except by God – the Sublime, the Supreme.What God wills happens.I take refuge in God‟s Honor, the Glory of His Face, the portion of God‟s Knowledge kept of the Tablet, and what is veiled from the light of the Splendor of God. O' my God! I am weak, with a large family, and poor who is seeking the fulfillment of his needs by You.O' my God! I, therefore, ask You, through Your Name - the Only! The One! the Absolute! the Eternal, Absolute! The Great! The Most Exalted! You have filled the pillars of all things with protection and knowledge.I ask You to bestow Your Blessing on Muhammad and his Progeny(as) and establish this first day, the beginning of this month and the beginning of this year for my improvement, the middle of this day, the middle day of this month and the middle day of this year as my prosperity and the end of this day, the end of this month and the end of this year as my success.I return to You as You are the Ever-Relenting, the Merciful! O' My God! Please show me the blessedness of this month and this year plus its goodness and its blessings.Please bless me with the best thereof and remove all its evil from me.Please bless me with physical health, peace, well-being, strength, relief, safety, virtuousness, prosperity, gentleness and security during it.Please grant me success in doing what would please You with me during it.Please let me reach what I hope for, ease my troubles during it, and make it easy for me to attain my aspirations.Let me quickly get what I want.Please relieve my sorrow and remove my troubles and have my debts repaid during it.Please grant me victory over my enemies and those who envy me during it.Help me regarding their affairs.By Your Mercy! O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.“…There is no God but You: glory to You: I was indeed wrong!” 40:44 And may God bestow blessings on the Prophet Muhammad and his Progeny(as).And may His peace be on them plentifully. O' my God! O' my Lord! O' my Master! O' my Guardian! Please save me from destruction.Please remove sins from me and keep me safe from what is not proper and is not good for me.O' my God! Please do not let any sins left for me that You do not forgive, no grief that You do not alleviate, no faults that You do not cover, no sustenance that You do not expand, no hardship that You do not ease, no evils that You do not remove, no fear that You do not provide security from, no fright that You do not calm, no ailment that You do not heal, no need that You do not provide for with ease and well-being for me provided by You. O' my God! I did wrong, but You did good! I made mistakes, but You favored me.This was all due to my trust in Your Forgiveness and my hoping for Your Mercy.O' my God! I ask You for the sake of this prayer, and by the fact of this hope to remove calamities from me and show me a way out of them and a relief by Your Power and Nobility.O' my God! You are well aware of our sins.Please forgive them.You are well aware of our affairs.Please ease them.You are well aware of our debts.Please redeem them.You are well aware of our needs.Please fulfill them by Your Power and Nobility as You have power over all things.“If there were a Qur'an with which mountains were moved, or the earth were cloven asunder, or the dead were made to speak, (this would be the one!) But, truly, the command is with Allah in all things!-13:31.There is no change nor any strength except by God – the Sublime, the Supreme.What God wills happens.“In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful” to myself, my religion, my hearing, my sight and all my body parts and all that the earth carries of me.“In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful” to my parents from the Fire.“In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful” to my family, wealth and children.“In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful” to all who assist me in performing His orders.“In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful” for all things granted to me by my Lord “In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful” I have started this month and this tradition while I have placed my trust in God.There is no change nor any strength except by God – the Sublime, the Supreme! What God wills happens.God is Great! Plenty of praise be to God! Glory be to God in the morning and the evening.“Glory be to Your Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they ascribe (to Him)! And Peace on the apostles! And Praise to God!, the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds.37:180-182“So (give) glory to God!, when ye reach eventide and when ye rise in the morning; Yea, to Him be praise, in the heavens and on earth; and in the late afternoon and when the day begins to decline.It is He Who brings out the living from the dead, and brings out the dead from the living, and Who gives life to the earth after it is dead: and thus shall ye be brought out (from the dead)”30:17-19 .“In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.O' my God! I take refuge in You from the evils of this day, the evil of this month, the evils of this year and the evils of what comes later!I take refuge in You from the evils of my enemies who may go to extremes or rebel against me! I say the following for me from the front of me, from the back of me, from my right side and from my left side, from above me and from below me: “In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.Say: He is Allah, the One and Only Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.112:1-4”He circumvents me, my wealth, my parents, children, spouse and all who assist me in performing His Decrees.He encompasses everything that is mine, and everything that is with me.I rely upon Him who is the Everlasting and shall not perish! I seek protection in God‟s most trustworthy strong-hold that never breaks.God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.O' my God! Please put well-being and expansion of sustenance for me during this year and after it out of your own determination.O' my God! Please provide sufficient means for my worldly and afterlife affairs and protect me from making mistakes.O' God! Please bless me with the best of this world and the Hereafter.“Say: Who can keep you safe by night and by day from the beasts, thieves, snakes, scorpions, genies, men, wild animals, birds, and vermins during the day and at night? God says, “We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see).And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see.”36:8-9.O' my God! I take refuge in the totality of Your Perfect Words and strong verses from Your Wrath, and from the evils of Your Chastisement, the evils of Your Servants and the suggestions of the Evil Ones.I take refuge in You O' my Lord! Lest they should come near me.There is no change nor any strength except by God – the Sublime, the Supreme.What God wills happens.O' my God! I take refuge in Your Knowledge, and seek help from You by Your Power and ask You through Your supreme Bounties as indeed You have knowledge and can destine, but I can not destine.In Your hand is the key to all good.And You are the Knower of all that is hidden.O' my God! If what I ask or is asked for me is good for my religion, my life and the end of my affairs, please grant it to me with ease and bless it for me and remove its troubles from me during it.But if something else is good for me, please give me what is best for my body and the well-being in this world and the Hereafter.Please direct me towards what is good no matter where I am and in which direction I go by Your Mercy.O' my God! Please honor me as You honor those who say these prayers.I insert the following before my forgetting and rush: “In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.There is no change nor any strength except by God –the Sublime, the Supreme and whatever God wills happens.” O' my God! Your Will that is dominant decides what happens and what does not happen regarding anything I said or any bets I made.O' my God! Please do not question me regarding anything I said or any bets I made today, in this month or this year.Please make an exception and give me a waiver.Please do not question me regarding my evil deeds and do not impose harsh works on me.O' my God! Please wish bad for whoever wishes me bad on this day, month or year and plot against whoever plots against me.Please fend me off of those who threaten me and put out the fire of those who try to burn me.O' my God! Please safeguard me against the plots of the plotters, blind the magicians, protect me from this with tranquility, bless me with Your impregnable protective Covering, and equip me with the piety with which You equipped the pious people.O' my God! Please let my supplications for You be sincere.Let me ask for what is near You and do not let me ask anyone but You.O' my God! O' Lord! Please save me from sicknesses, anxieties, sorrow, grief, diseases and ailments.Please remove evil and corruption from me, misery and misfortune, troubles and pains, since You hear prayers, You are Near and You are the Fulfiller! O' God! Please melt my enemies, and all the affairs that have become hard for me as You melted the iron for David (as)!O' my God! Please debase them for me as You debased the quadrupeds for Adam (as).O' my God! Please bring them under my total control as You brought the birds under the control of Solomon (as).O' my God! Please induce love from Yourself on me just as You induced it on Moses (as) – the son of Imran (as).Please improve my position, hearing, sight and strength, and return Your Blessings to me.Grant my requests, my desires and improve my temper.Make me such that my enemies fear my awesomeness and induce kindness, mercy and fear in the hearts of my enemies and subdue them to me with Your Power and Nobility.O' my God! O' He who sufficed for Moses (as) regarding Pharaoh.O' He who sufficed for Muhammad (as) regarding the parties.O' He who sufficed for Abraham (as) regarding Nimrod‟s fire.Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny(as).O' my God! Please safeguard me from all that are frightening and dangerous by Your Mercy.O' Compassionate! O' Merciful! O' my God! O‟ He who guides the lost ones! O' He who dispels sorrow from the grief-stricken.O' He who relieves the grief of those who grieve and repays the debt of those who are in debt.O' Lord of the Worlds! Please remove my sorrow, worries and grief.Please repay my debt and that of all who are in debt.Grant my requests and desires.Please provide a good start and a good ending for me by Your own Means.O' my God! O' my hope, O' my supporter! Please do not cut off my hopes from You.Please improve my affairs and open the ways of access to my sustenance through means I count on and means I do not count on: And through means I know about and means I do not know about, through means I hope for and means I do not hope for.O' God! Please bless me with health, well-being and blessings in all which You provide for me.Please choose good along with well-being in all the affairs that you bless me with.Be a guardian, a protector, and a helper for me, and let me understand the proof! O' my God! If there is any male or female from Your Creatures whom I have oppressed whether concerning his/her wealth, hearing, sight or strength and cannot now recompense him/her, or ask him/her to forgive me.Then O' my God! I ask You to make him/her pleased with me as You will! Then grant me mercy from Your own Presence - O' Grantor of gifts and good! O' my God! Please do not take me out of this world without a good afterlife for me and with no sins left that You have not forgiven due to Your Benevolence.By Your Mercy! O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.O' my God! Indeed I ask You for stability in my affairs, and perseverance in growth.O' Lord! And O' my God! I ask You to grant me the opportunity to thank You for Your Blessings 30 Supplications and Deeds for the Whole Year and to worship You in the best possible form.And O' my God! I ask You for a peaceful heart, an honest tongue, beneficial certitude, ample and quick sustenance, mercy with which I may attain the honor of Your Benevolence in this world and the Hereafter.O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful! O' my God! I ask You for well-being followed by well being, perfect well-being sufficient for this world and the Hereafter.O' my God! O' my Master! O' my Guardian! I ask You to be my reliance, support, trust and savings and to not disappoint my hopes.Do not disappoint my aspirations.And please do not cut off my hopes, do not let me suffer from hard calamities, do not let me have a bad destiny, and do not subject me to my enemy‟s ridicule.O' my God! Please be pleased with me by Your Pleasure.And safeguard me from all Your Calamities.O' my God! I ask You – O' God! O' Greatest of all the great ones! O' He who has no partners or associates! O' the Creator of the sun and the bright moon.O' He who provides for small children.O' the One who enriches the poverty-stricken, poor.O' Helper of troubled needy! O' He who mends broken bones! O' He who breaks every haughty oppressor! O' He who revives my bones when they have turned into dust! O' He for whom there is no equal or comparable one! O' my God! I ask You to Bestow Blessings upon Muhammad and His Progeny (as).And O' my God! I ask You by all with which I call You using these supplications, by all Your Names, by the juncture of the Might of Your Throne, by the ultimate Mercy from Your Book, by Your Sublime Majesty, and I ask You by You as nothing is more exalted than You are - that You forgive us and have mercy upon us verily we are in need of Your Mercy.O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful! O' my God! Please forgive the believing men and women, the Muslim men and women whether dead or alive.Please unite us with them in good.O' my God! Please suffice for me the affairs that no one but You can suffice and fulfill all my needs.Please improve my affairs and ease all that I like with ease and well-being for me provided by You.O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful! There is no change nor any strength except by God – the Sublime, the Supreme.What God wills happens.And may God bestow blessings on the Prophet Muhammad and his Progeny (as) - and plenty of peace.What God wills happens.What God wills - There is no change nor any strength save in God.What God wills - I rely upon God. What God wills – I entrust my affairs to God.What God wills - God is sufficient for me. He is enough.

First Night Prayers (Shab)

Sayyid Ibn Tawus, in Iqbal al-A`mal, has mentioned these salats should be offered at this night: First: A one hundred unit prayer with [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) and [Surah al-Tawhid](surah://112) recited once in each unit. Second: A two unit prayer at the first of which [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) and [Surah al-An'am](surah://6) are recited and at the second unit [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) and [Surah Yasin](surah://36). Third: A two unit prayer in each of which [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) is recited once and [Surah al-Tawhid](surah://112) is repeated eleven times.

First Day of Muharram

Hadith on Recommendation of Fasting on first Muharram Take a Ghusl (ritual bath), Imam Ridha (a.s.) is reported to have said that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.), on the first of Muharram, used to offer a two unit prayer. When he finished, he would raise his hands towards the heavens and repeat the following dua three times:

اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ ٱلإِلٰهُ ٱلْقَدِيمُ وَهٰذِهِ سَنَةٌ جَدِيدَةٌ فَأَسْأَلُكَ فِيهَا ٱلْعِصْمَةَ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَانِ وَٱلْقُوَّةَ عَلَىٰ هٰذِهِ ٱلنَّفْسِ ٱلأَمَّارَةِ بِٱلسُّوءِ وَٱلاِﹾشْتِغَالَ بِمَا يُقَرِّبُنِي إِلَيْكَ يَا كَرِيمُ يَا ذَا ٱلْجَلاَلِ وَٱلإِكْرَامِ يَا عِمَادَ مَنْ لاَ عِمَادَ لَهُ يَا ذَخِيرَةَ مَنْ لا ذَخِيرَةَ لَهُ يَا حِرْزَ مَنْ لاَ حِرْزَ لَهُ يَا غِيَاثَ مَنْ لاَ غِيَاثَ لَهُ يَا سَنَدَ مَنْ لاَ سَنَدَ لَهُ يَا كَنْزَ مَنْ لاَ كَنْزَ لَهُ يَا حَسَنَ ٱلْبَلاَءِ يَا عَظِيمَ ٱلرَّجَاءِ يَا عِزَّ ٱلضُّعَفَاءِ يَا مُنْقِذَ ٱلْغَرْقَىٰ يَا مُنْجِيَ ٱلْهَلْكَىٰ يَا مُنْعِمُ يَا مُجْمِلُ يَا مُفْضِلُ يَا مُحْسِنُ أَنْتَ ٱلَّذِي سَجَدَ لَكَ سَوَادُ ٱللَّيْلِ وَنُورُ ٱلنَّهَارِ وَضَوْءُ ٱلْقَمَرِ وَشُعَاعُ ٱلشَّمْسِ وَدَوِيُّ ٱلْمَاءِ وَحَفِيفُ ٱلشَّجَرِ يَا اللَّهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَكَ اَللَّهُمَّ ٱجْعَلْنَا خَيْراً مِمَّا يَظُنُّونَ وَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا مَا لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَلاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا بِمَا يَقُولُونَ حَسْبِيَ ٱللَّهُ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ آمَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِ رَبِّنَا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلاَّ أُوْلُوٱ ٱلأَلْبَابِ رَبَّنَا لاَ تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ

allahumma anta al-ilahu alqadimu wa hadhihi sanatun jadidatun fa-as'aluka fiha al`ismata mina alshshaytani walquwwata `ala hadhihi alnnafsi al-ammarati bilssu'i walishtighala bima yuqarribuni ilayka ya karimu ya dha aljalali wal-ikrami ya `imada man la `imada lahu ya dhakhirata man la dhakhirata lahu ya hirza man la hirza lahu ya ghiyatha man la ghiyatha lahu ya sanada man la sanada lahu ya kanza man la kanza lahu ya hasana albala'i ya `azima alrraja'i ya `izza alddu`afa'i ya munqidha algharqa ya munjiya alhalka ya mun`imu ya mujmilu ya mufdilu ya muhsinu anta alladhi sajada laka sawadu allayli wa nuru alnnahari wa daw'u alqamari wa shu`a`u alshshamsi wa dawiyyu alma'i wa hafifu alshshajari ya allahu la sharika laka allahumma ij`alna khayran mimma yazunnuna waghfir lana ma la ya`lamuna wa la tu'akhidhna bima yaquluna hasbiya allahu la ilaha illa huwa `alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu al`arshi al`azimi amanna bihi kullun min `indi rabbina wa ma yadhdhakkaru illa ulu al-albabi rabbana la tuzigh qulubana ba`da idh hadaytana wa hab lana min ladunka rahmatan innaka anta alwahhabu

O Allah, You are the Eternal God and this is a new year; I therefore request Your safety from Satan, control over my self, which is inclined to sinning, engagement in all that which draws me near You, O All-generous! O Lord of majesty and honor! O Supporter of him who has no supporter! O Provider of him who has no provisions! O Shelter of him who has no shelter! O He who comes to help him who has no hope of help! O Reliance for him who has no one to lean upon! O Treasure of him who has nothing in the purse! O He who knows well how to put to test and trial! O Ultimate Hope! O Strength of the weak! O Rescuer of the drowning! O He who saves from destruction! O All-benefactor! O All-munificent! O All-favorer! O All-benevolent! You are He before Whom prostrate in adoration the blackness of the night and the brightness of the day, the moonlight, the sunlight, the ripple of the water, and the rustling of the trees! O Allah! There is no associate with You! O Allah! (Please do) cause us to be better than what they think of us! Forgive us that which they do not know! Do not blame us for what they say! Sufficient is Allah (for me). There is no god save Him, On Him do I rely, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne. We believe in it! It is all from our Lord! None do mind except those having understanding. Our Lord, make not our hearts deviate after You have guided us aright, and grant us mercy from You; surely, You are the most liberal Giver.

Ashura Night Prayers (Shab)

1. Keep awake whole night and continue performing salat, majalis, noha and matam. 2. Recite [Ziarat-e-Imam Hussain (a.s.)](dua://ziyarat-imam-hussain-waritha). 3. Recite 4 rakaat prayers in the following manner: - In every rakat recite 1 time [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) and 50 times [Surah al-Ikhlas](surah://112) (Surah al-Tawheed) - OR - - In the 1st rakat, 1 time [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) then 10 times [Ayat al-Kursi](dua://ayat-kursi) - In the 2nd rakat, 1 time [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) then 10 times [Surah al-Ikhlas](surah://112) - In the 3rd rakat, 1 time [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) then 10 times [Surah al-Falaq](surah://113) - In the 4th rakat, 1 time [Surah al-Fatihah](surah://1) then 10 times [Surah al-Naas](surah://114). Note: This manner is according to Mafateehul Jinnan. 4. After completing the prayer, recite 100 times [Surah al-Ikhlas](surah://112). 5. Recite Salawat and: {{arabic}}

اللَّهُمَّ ٱلْعَنْ قَتَلَةَ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلاَمُ

Day of Ashura

Focus on the great tragedy that took place on this day and avoid attending to your business, employment matters, laughing and unnecessary discussions. Imam Ridha (a.s.) is reported to have said: "If one refrains from arranging for any worldly benefit on the tenth of Muharram, Almighty Allah will grant him all his needs for this world and the world to come. If one considers the tenth of Muharram to be the day of his misfortune, sadness, and weeping, Almighty Allah will make the Resurrection Day the day of his delight and happiness; and he will be delighted by us in Paradise." 1. A great reward is recorded for one who repeats [Surah al-Tawhid](surah://112) one thousand times on this day. 2. Recite Salawat as many times as possible. 3. It is recommended, on this day, to invoke Almighty Allah to lay curse on the slayers of Imam Husayn (a.s.) one thousand times by saying the following statement: {{arabic}} 4. Recite [Ziyarat of Imam Hussain (a.s.)](dua://ziyarat-imam-hussain-waritha), then [Ziyarat Ashura](dua://ziyarat-imam-hussain-ashura) and [Dua Alqama](dua://dua-alqama) Recite [Ziyarat Nahiya](dua://ziyarat-nahiya) (includes special ziyarat of Martyrs on Ashura) Recite [Ziyarat of Ta'ziyah](dua://ziyarat-taziya-ashura-day) after Asr on Ashura 5. Recite a four unit salah (2x2), anytime between Fajr and Dhuhr in the following manner: In the first unit, after [Surah al-Hamd](surah://1), recite [Surah al-Kafirun](surah://109) and in the second unit, after [Surah al-Hamd](surah://1), recite [Surah al-Ikhlas](surah://112). In the third unit, after [Surah al-Hamd](surah://1), recite [Surah al-Ahzab](surah://33) and in the fourth unit, after [Surah al-Hamd](surah://1), recite [Surah al-Munafiqun](surah://63). 6. Say as many times as possible: {{arabic}} 7. When meeting fellow brothers, condole them and invoke curse upon the enemies in the following words: {{arabic}} 8. Sayyid Ibn Tawus has mentioned the [Dua Asharaat](dua://dua-asharaat) to be said on this day. 9. Remember the time Imam Husain (a.s.) had the bloodied body of his 6 month old infant son Ali-Asghar in his arms. He hesitated while walking towards the tents to hand the infant's body over to the mother! Take a few steps forward and then retrace your steps to where you began 7 times. {{arabic}} 10. Raise your hands, having in mind the enemies of Aale Muhammad, and say this dua: {{arabic}} Now go into prostration (Sijdah), keep either side of your face on the earth, one after the other, and say: {{arabic}} Raise your head, look towards the sky and say: {{arabic}}

اللَّهُمَّ ٱلْعَنْ قَتَلَةَ ٱلْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلاَمُ|||فَیَا لَیْتَنِیْ کُنْتُ مَعَکُمْ فَاَفُوْزَ مَعَکُمْ فَوْزاً عَظِیْما|||أَعْظَمَ ٱللَّهُ أُجُورَنَا بِمُصَابِنَا بِٱلْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلاَمُ وَجَعَلَنَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ مِنَ ٱلطَّالِبِينَ بِثَأْرِهِ مَعَ وَلِيِّهِ ٱلإِمَامِ ٱلْمَهْدِيِّ مِنَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلسَّلاَمُ|||اِنَّا لِلهِ وَ اِنَّا اِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُوْنَ رِضًا بِقَضَاَئِهِ وَ تَسْلِيْمًا لِاَمْرِهِ|||اَللّٰهُمَّ عَذِّبِ الْـفَجَرَةَ الَّذِيْنَ شَاقُّوْا رَسُوْلَـكَ وَ حَارَبُوْا اَوْلِيَآئَكَ وَ عَبَدُوْا غَيْرَكَ وَ اسْتَحَلُّوْا مَـحَارَمَكَ وَ الْعَنِ الْقَادَةَ وَ الْاَتْبَاعَ وَ مَنْ كَانَ مِنْهُمْ فَخَبَّ وَ اَوْضَعَ مَعَهُمْ اَوْرَضِىَ بِفِعْلِهِمْ لَعْنًا كَثِيْرًا اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ عَجِّلْ فَرَجَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَاجْعَلْ صَلَوَاتِكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاسْتَـنْقِذْهُمْ مِنْ اَيْدِى الْـمُنَافِقِيْنَ الْـمُضِلِّيْنَ وَ الْكَفَرَةِ الْـجَاحِدِيْنَ وَافْتَحْ لَـهُمْ فَتْحًا يَّسِيْرًا وَ اَتِحْ لَـهُمْ رَوْحًا وَ فَرَجًا قَرِيْبًا وَاجْعَلْ لَهُمْ مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ عَلٰى عَدُوِّكَ وَ عَدُوِّهِمْ سُلْطٰنًا نَّصِيْرًا اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنَ الْاُمَّةِ نَاصَبَتِ الْـمُسْتَحْفِظِيْنَ مِنَ الْاَئِمَّة وَ كَفَرَتْ بِالْـكَلِمَةِ وَ عَكَفَتْ عَلَى الْقَادَةِ الظَّلَمَةِ وَ هَجَرَتِ الْكِتَابَ وَ السُّنَّةَ وَ عَدَلَتْ عَنِ الْـحَبْلَيْنِ الَّذَيْنِ اَمَرْتَ بِطَاعَتِهِمَا وَ التَّمَسُّكِ بِهِمَا فَاَمَاتَتِ الْـحَقَّ وَ حَادَتْ عَنِ الْقَصْدِ وَمَالَأَتِ الْاَحْزَابَ وَ حَرَّفَتِ الْـكِتَابَ وَ كَفَرَتْ بِالـحَقِّ لَـمَّا جَائَهَا وَ تَـمَسَّكَتْ بِالْبَاطِلِ لَـمَّا اعْتَرَضَهَا وَ ضَيَّعَتْ حَقَّكَ وَ اَضَلَّتْ خَلْقَكَ وَ قَتَلَتْ اَوْلاَدَ نَبِيِّكَ وَخِيَرَةَ عِبَادِكَ وَ حَـمَلَةَ عِلْمِكَ وَ وَرَثَةَ حِكْمَتِكَ وَ وَحْيِكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَزَلْزِلْ اَقْدَامَ اَعْدَآئِكَ وَ اَعْدَآءِ رَسُوْلِكَ وَ اَهْلِ بَيْتِ رَسُوْلِكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ اَخْرِبْ دِيَارَهُمْ وَافْلُلْ سِلاَحَهُمْ وَ خَالِفْ بَيْنَ كَلِمَتِهِمْ وَفُتَّ فِىْ اَعْضَادِهِمْ وَ اَوْ هِنْ كَيْدَهُمْ وَ اضْرِبْهُمْ بِسَيْفِكَ الْقَاطِعِ وَارْمِهِمْ بِـحَجَرِكَ الدَّامِغِ وَ طُمَّهُمْ بِالْبَلَآءِ طَمًّا وَ قُمَّهُمْ بِالْعَذَابِ قَمًّا وَ عَذِّبْهُمْ عَذَابًا نُكْرًا وَ خُذْهُمْ بِالسِّنِيْنَ وَ الْـمُثَلاَتِ الَّتِىْ اَهْلَـكْتَ بِهَا اَعْدَآئَكَ اِنَّكَ ذُوْ نِقْمَةٍ مِّنَ الْـمُجْرِمِيْنَ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ سُنَّتَكَ ضَآئِعَةٌ وَ اَحْكَامَكَ مُعَطَّلَةٌ وَ عِتْرَةَ نَبِيِّكَ فِى الْاَرْضِ هَآئِمَةٌ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاَعِنِ الْـحَقَّ وَ اَهْلَهٗ وَ اَقْمَعِ الْبَاطِلَ وَ اَهْلَهٗ وَ مُنَّ عَلَيْنَا بِالنَّجَاةِ وَاهْدِنَا اِلَى الْاِيْـمَانِ وَ عَجِّلْ فَرَجَنَا وَانْظِمْهُ بِفَرَجِ اَوْلِيَآئِكَ وَاجْعَلْهُمْ لَنَاوُدًّا وَاجْعَلْنَا لَـهُمْ وَفْدًا اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ اَهْلِكْ مَنْ جَعَلَ يَوْمَ قَتْلِ ابْنِ نَبِيِّكَ وَ خِيَرَتِكَ عِيْدًا وَاسْتَهَلَّ بِهٖ فَرَجًا وَ مَرَحًا وَخُذْ اٰخِرَهُمْ كَمَا اَخَذْتَ اَوَّلَـهُمْ وَ ضَاعِفِ اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَذَابَ وَ التَّنْكِيْلَ عَلٰى ظَالِـمِىْ اَهْلِ بَيْتِ نَبِيِّكَ وَ اَهْلَكْ اَشْيَاعَهُمْ وَ قَادَتَـهُمْ وَ اَبْرِحُـمَاتَـهُمْ وَ جَـمَاعَتَهُمْ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَضَاعِفْ صَلَوَاتِكَ وَ رَحْـمَتِكَ وَ بَرَكَاتِكَ عَلٰى عِتْرَةِ نَبِيِّكَ الْعِتْرَةِ الضَّائِعَةِ الْـخَآئِفَةِ الْمُسْتَذَلَّةِ بَقِيَّةٍ مِّنَ الشَّجَرَةِ الطَّيِّبَةِ الزَّاكِيَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ وَ اَعْلِ اَللّٰهُمَّ كَلِمَتَهُمْ وَ اَفْلِجْ حُجَّتَهُمْ وَاكْشِفِ الْبَلَآءَ وَ اللَّاوَآءَ وَحَنَادِسَ الْاَبَاطِيْلِ وَ الْعَمٰى عَنْهُمْ وَ ثَبِّتْ قُلُوْبَ شِيْعَتِهِمْ وَ حِزْبِكَ عَلٰى طَاعَتِكَ وَ وِلاَيَتِهِمْ وَ نُصْرَتـِهِمْ وَ مُوَالاَتِـهِمْ وَ اَعِنْهُمْ وَامْنَحْهُمُ الصَّبْرَ عَلَى الْاَذٰى فِيْكَ وَاجْعَلْهُمْ اَيَّامًا مَّشْهُوْدَةً وَ اَوْقَاتًا مَّـحْمُوْدَةً مَّسْعُوْدَةً تُوْشِكُ فِيْهَا فَرَجَهُمْ وَ تُوْجِبُ فِيْهَا تَـمْكِيْنَهُمْ وَ نَصْرَهُمْ كَمَا ضَمِنْتَ لِاَوْلِيٰآئِكَ فِىْ كِتَابِكَ الْـمُنْزَلِ فَاِنَّكَ قُلْتَ وَ قَوْلُكَ الْـحَقُّ وَعَدَ اللهُ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مِنْكُمْ وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَ لَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَـهُمْ دِيْنَهُمُ الَّذِى ارْتَضٰى لَـهُمْ وَ لَيُبَدِّلَـنَّهُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ اَمْنًا يَّعْبُدُوْنَنِىْ لاَ يُشْرِكُوْنَ بِىْ شَيْئًا اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاكْشِفْ غُمَّتَهُمْ يَا مَنْ لاَّ يَـمْلِكُ كَشْفَ الضُّرِّ اِلاَّ هُوَ يَا وَاحِدُ يَا اَحَدُ يَا حَىُّ يَا قَيُّوْمُ وَاَنَا يَا اِلٰـهِىْ عَبْدُكَ الْـخَآئِفُ مِنْكَ وَالرَّاجِعُ اِلَيْكَ السَّآئِلُ لَكَ الْـمُقْبِلُ عَلَيْكَ اللَّاجِئُ اِلٰى فِنَآئِكَ الْعَالِمُ بِاَنَّهٗ لاَ مَلْجَأَ مِنْكَ اِلاَّ اِلَيْكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ فَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَآئِىْ وَاسْـمَعْ يَا اِلٰـهِىْ عَلاَنِيَـتِـىْ وَ نَـجْوَاىَ وَاجْعَلْنِىْ مِـمَّنْ رَضِيْتَ عَمَلَهٗ وَقَبِلْتَ نُسُكَهٗ وَ نَـجَّيْتَهٗ بِرَحْـمَتِكَ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْكَرِيْمُ اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ صَلِّ اَوَّلاً وَ اٰخِرًا عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ بَارِكْ عَلىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَارْحَمْ مُحَمَّدًا وَّ اٰلَ مُحَمَّدٍ بِاَكْمَلِ وَ اَفْضَلِ مَا صَلَّيْتَ وَ بَارَكْتَ وَ تَرَحَّـمْتَ عَلٰى اَنْبِيَآئِكَ وَ رُسُلِكَ وَ مَلَآئِكَتِكَ وَ حَـمَلَةِ عَرْشِكَ بِلَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ اَللّٰهُمَّ لاَ تُفَرِّقْ بَيْنِىْ وَ بَيْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاجْعَلْنِىْ يَا مَوْلاَىَ مِنْ شِيْعَةِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلِىٍّ وَّ فَاطِمَةَ وَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمِ الطَّاهِرَةِ الْـمُنْتَجَبَةِ وَهَبْ لِىَ التَّمَسُّكَ بِـحَبْلِهِمْ وَ الرِّضَا بِسَبِيْلِهِمْ وَ الْاَخْذَ بِطَرِيْقَتِهِمْ اِنَّكَ جَوَادٌ كَرِيْمٌ|||يَا مَنْ يَحْكُمُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَ يَفْعَلُ مَا يُرِيْدُ اَنْتَ حَكَمْتَ فَلَكَ الْـحَمْدُ مَـحْمُوْدًا مَّشْكُوْرً ا فَعَجِّلْ يَا مَوْلاَىَ فَرَجَهُمْ وَ فَرَجَنَابِهِمْ فَاِنَّكَ ضَمِنْتَ اِعْزَازَهُمْ بَعْدَ الذِّلَّةِ وَ تَكْثِيْرَهُمْ بَعْدَ الْقِلَّةِ وَ اِظْهَارَهُمْ بَعْدَ الْخُمُوْلِ يَا اَصْدَقَ الصَّادِقِيْنَ وَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِـمِيْن فَاَسْئَلُكَ يَا اِلٰـهِىْ وَ سَيِّدِىْ مُتَضَرِّعًا اِلَيْكَ بِـجُوْدِكَ وَ كَرَمِكَ بَسْطَ اَمَلِىْ وَ تَـجَاوُزَ عَنِّىْ وَ قَبُوْلَ قَلِيْلِ عَمَلِىْ وَ كَثِيْرِهٖ وَ الزِّيَادَةَ فِىْ اَيَّامِىْ وَ تَبْلِيْغِىْ ذٰلِكَ الْـمَشْهَدَ وَ اَنْ تَـجْعَلَنِىْ مِـمَّنْ يُدْعٰى فَيُجِيْبُ اِلٰى طَاعَتِهِمْ وَ مُوَالاَتِـهِمْ وَ نَصْرِهِمْ وَ تُرِيَنِىْ ذٰلِكَ قَرِيْبًا سَرِيْعًا فِىْ عَافِيَةٍ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ.|||اَعُوْذُبِكَ اَنْ اَكُوْنَ مِنَ الَّذِيْنَ لاَ يَرْجُوْنَ اَيَّامَكَ فَاَعِذْنِىْ يَا اِلَهِىْ بِرَحْمَتِكَ مِنْ ذلِكَ

allahumma il`an qatalata alhusayni `alayhi alssalamu|||Yaa Laytanee Kuntu Maakum Fa afoozo maakum Fawzan Azeema|||a`zama allahu ujurana bimusabina bilhusayni `alayhi alssalamu wa ja`alana wa iyyakum min alttalibina bitha'rihi ma`a waliyyihi al-imami almahdiyyi min ali muhammadin `alayhimu alssalamu|||inna lillaahi wa innaa ilayhi raaji'oon. ‘ona riz”an bi-qaz”aaa-iheewa tasleeman li-amrihee|||ahumma a’d’d’ibil fajaratal lad’eena shaaqqoo rasoolaka wa h’aaraboo awliyaaa-ika wa a’badoo ghayraka was-tah’alloo muh’aaramaka wal-a’nil qaadata wal atbaa-a’ wa man kaana minhum fa-khabbawa awz”a-a’ma-a’hum aw raz”iya bi-fia’-lihim laa’- nan katheeraa aahumma wa a’jjil faraja aali muh’ammad waj-a’l s’alawaatika a’layhi wa a’layhim was-tanqid’hum min aydil munaafiqeenal muz”illeena wal kafaratil jaahi’ideena waftah’ lahum fath’an yaseeraa wa atih’ lahum rawh’an wa farajan qareebaa waj-a’l lahum min ladunka a’laa a’duwwika wa a’duwwihim sut’aanan nas’eeraa A-o'ozo beka an akoona menal lazeena laa yarjoona ayyaamaka fa-a-i'znee yaa elaahee be-rahmateka min zaaleka. TransliterationAllaahumma inna kaseeram menal ummate naasebatil mustahfezeena menal a-immate wa kafarat bil-kalemate wa a'kafat a'lal qaadatiz zalamate wa hajaratil ketaaba was-sunnata wa a'dalat a'nil hablaynil lazayne amarta be-taa-a'tehemaa wat-tamassoke behemaa fa-amaatatil haqqa wa haadat a'nil qasde wa mala-atil ahzaaba wa harrafatil ketaaba wa kafarat bilhaqqe lammaa jaa-ahaa wa tamassakat bilbaatele lammaa a'tarazahaa wa zayya-a't haqqaka wa azallat khalqaka wa qatalat awlaada Nabiyyeka wa kheyarata e'baadeka wa hamalata i'lmeka wa warasata hikmateka wa wahyek.Allaahumma fazalzil aqdaama a-a'daaa-eka wa a-a'daaa-e Rasooleka wa Ahle Bayte rasoolek.Allaahumma wa akhrib deyaarahum waflul selaahahum wa khaalif bayna kalematehim wa futta fee a-a'zaadehim wa awhin kaydahum waz-ribhum besayfekal qaate-e' warmehim behajarekad daameghe wa tummahum bilbalaaa-e tamman, wa qummahum bil-a'zaabe qamman, wa a'zzibhum a'zaaban nukran, wa khuzhum bis-seneena wal mosalaatil latee ahlakta behaa a-a'daaa-aka innaka zoo nikmatim menal mujremeena.Allaahumma inna sunnataka zaaa-e-a'tun wa ahkaamaka mo-a'ttalahun wa i'trata Nabiyyeka fil arze haaa-emaa.Allaahumma fa-a-i'nil haqqa wa ahlahu wa aqmai'l baatela wa ahlahu wa munna a'laynaa bin-najaate wahdenaa elal eemaane wa a'jjil farajanaa wan-zimho befaraje awleyaaa-eka waj-a'lhum lanaa wuddan waj-a'lnaa lahum wafdan.Allaahumma wa ahlik man ja-a'la yawma qatlibne Nabiyyeka wa kheyarateka e'edan wastahala behi farajan wa marahan wa khuz aakherahum kamaa a-khazta awwalahum wa zaa-e'fil laahummal a'zaaba wat-tankeela a'laa zaalemee Ahle Bayte Nabiyyeka wa Ahlak ashyaa-a'hum wa qaadatahum wa abre homaatahum wa jamaa-a'tahum. Allaahumma wa zaa-i'f salawaaateka wa rahmateka wa barakaateka a'laa I'trate Nabiyyekal I'tratiz zaa-e-a'til khaaa-efatil mustazillate baqiyyatim menash shajaratit tayyebatiz zaakeyatil mobaarakate wa a-a'lil laahumma kalematahum wa aflij hujjatahum wak-shefil balaaa-a wal-laawaa-a wa hanaadesal abaateele wal-a'maa a'nhum wa sabbit qolooba shee-a'tehim wa hizbeka a'laa taa-a'teka wa welaayatehim wa nusratehim wa mowaadaatehim wa a-i'nhum wam-nah-homus sabra a'lal azaa feeka waj-a'lhum ayyaamam mash-hoodatan wa awqaatam mahmoodatam mas-o'odatam toosheko feehaa farajahum wa toojebo feehaa tamkeenahum wa nasrahum kamaa zaminta le-awleyaaa-eka fee ketaabekal munzale fa-innaka qulta wa qawlokal haqqo wa-a'dal laahul lazeena aamanoo minkum wa a'melus saalehaate layastakhlef annahum fil arze kamas takhlafal lazeena min qablehim wa layomakkenanna lahum deenahomul lazeer tazaa lahum wa layobaddelannahum mim ba'de khawfehim amnayn ya'bodoonanee laa yushrekoona bee shay-an. Allaahumma fakshif ghummatahum yaa mal laa yamleko kashfiz zurre illaa howa yaa waahedo yaa ahado yaa hayyo yaa qayyoomo wa anaa yaa elaahi a'bdokal khaaa-efo minka war-raaje-o' elaykas saa-elo lakal muqbelo a'laykal laaje-o elaa fenaaa-ekal a'alemo be-annahu laa mal-ja-a minka illaa elayka. Allaahumma fataqabbal do-a'aa-ee was-ma' yaa elaahee a'laaneyatee wa najwaaya waj-a'lnee mimman razeeta a'malahu wa qabilta nosokahu wa najjaytahu be-rahmateka innaka antal a'zeezul kareemo. Allaahumma wa salle awwalan wa aakheran a'laa Mohammadiwn wa aale Mohammadin war-ham Mohammadawn wa aala Mohammadin be-akmale wa afzale maa sallayta wa baarakta wa tarahhamta a'laa ambeyaaa-eka wa Rosoleka wa malaaa-ekateka wa hamalate a'rsheka be-laa elaaha illaa anta.Allaahumma laa tofarriq baynee wa bayna Mohammadiwn wa aale Mohammadin salawaatoka a'layhe wa a'layhim waj-a'lnee yaa mawlaaya min shee-a'te Mohammadiwn wa A'liyyin wa Faatemata wal-Hasane wal-Husaine wa zurriyyatehemat taaheratil muntajabate wa hab leyat tamassoka behablehim war-rezaa be-sabeelehim wal-akhza betareeqatehim innaka jawaadun kareemun.|||Yaa man yahkomo maa yashaaa-o wa yaf-a'lo maa yoreedo anta hakamta falakal hamdo ma mahmoodam mashkooran fa-a'jjil yaa mawlaaya farajahum wafarajanaa behim fa-innaka zaminta e-a'zaazahum ba'daz zillate wa takseerahum ba'dal qillate wa izhaarahum ba'dal khomoole yaa asdaqas saadeqeena wa yaa arhamar raahemeena fa-as-aloka yaa elaahee wa sayyedee motazarre-a'n elayka bejoodeka wa karameka basta amalee wa tajaawoza a'nnee wa qaboola qaleele a'malee wa kaseerehi waz-zeyaadata fee ayyaamee wa tableeghee zaalekal mash-hada wa an taj-a'lanee mimman yud-a' fa-yojeebo elaa taa-a'tehim wa mowaalaatehim wa nasrehim wa toreyanee zaaleka qareeban saree-a'n fee a'afeyatin innaka a'laa kulle shay-in qadeerun.|||A-o'ozo beka an akoona menal lazeena laa yarjoona ayyaamaka fa-a-i'znee yaa elaahee be-rahmateka min zaaleka.

O Allah, (please do) curse the slayers of al-Husayn, peace be upon him.|||Would that we were with you, so that we could also share the great accomplishment with you.|||May Allah double up our rewards on account of our sorrow for (the martyrdom of) al-Husayn (a.s.) and may He include you and us with those who demand his revenge together with hisering heir, Imam al-Mahdi from the Household of Muhammad, peace be upon them.|||Verily we are Allah’s and verily unto Him we return. We are happy with His will and carry out His command|||O Allah! Condemn and punish the licentious profligates who make the life of Thy Messenger miserable; and waged was against Thy close friends, and worshipped others, (but ) not Thee, deemed lawful (that which) Thou had forbidden, bring a curse upon their leaders, followers, on those who were in them, secretly or distinctly were hand in glove with them, or condoning their (mis) deeds. A great many curses O my Allah, bid to bring joy and happiness quickly for “Aali Muhammad”, (the children of Muhammad), bestow Thy blessings on him and on them, save them from the dangerous clutches of the undercover two-timers, and the obstinate disbelievers; open for them the doors of “the beginning”, a facility to put in practice gentleness, kindness and fairplay; create favorable conditions for them to make life full of love and thought, cheerful, free of care, as early as possible, on Thy authority let them have full control over Thy enemies, to help, rescue and defend (mank O my Allah! Indeed a great many among the people declared war, laid traps and intrigued against the careful and gentle guardians who observed and fulfilled the duty.وَ كَفَرَتْ بِالْـكَلِمَةِ وَ عَكَفَتْ عَلَى الْقَادَةِ الظَّلَمَةِ وَ هَجَرَتِ الْكِتَابَ وَ السُّنَّةَ وَ عَدَلَتْ عَنِ الْـحَبْلَيْنِ الَّذَيْنِ اَمَرْتَ بِطَاعَتِهِمَا وَ التَّمَسُّكِ بِهِمَا فَاَمَاتَتِ الْـحَقَّ وَ حَادَتْ عَنِ الْقَصْدِ وَمَالَأَتِ الْاَحْزَابَ وَ حَرَّفَتِ الْـكِتَابَ وَ كَفَرَتْ بِالـحَقِّ لَـمَّا جَائَهَا وَ تَـمَسَّكَتْ بِالْبَاطِلِ لَـمَّا اعْتَرَضَهَا وَ ضَيَّعَتْ حَقَّكَ وَ اَضَلَّتْ خَلْقَكَ وَ قَتَلَتْ اَوْلاَدَ نَبِيِّكَ وَخِيَرَةَ عِبَادِكَ وَ حَـمَلَةَ عِلْمِكَ وَ وَرَثَةَ حِكْمَتِكَ وَ وَحْيِكَThe ungratefuls (the said opponents) renounced the faith and did not, in fact, believe in the “Kalimah”; attached themselves to the trend setters of disorder and tyranny; disowned and gave up the Book and the (Divine) rule of life; swerved from and angled off the two strings which according to Thy commandment, (they) should have held fast and stuck close by; undermined and twisted the truth; Went, away from the real purpose, in the opposite direction ; encouraged partisanship; Altered and falsified the Book; refused to believe in the evident proof and rightful claim, whenever confronted face to face; chose falsehood, whenever came across; lost their way and corrupted Thy laws, Islam; led people astray; killed the children of Thy Prophet, Thy liberal highminded servants, bearers of Thy knowledge, inheritors of Thy wisdom and revelation, the Bookاَللّٰهُمَّ فَزَلْزِلْ اَقْدَامَ اَعْدَآئِكَ وَ اَعْدَآءِ رَسُوْلِكَ وَ اَهْلِ بَيْتِ رَسُوْلِكَO my Allah, upset and overturn the plan and movement of Thy enemies, (who are also) the enemies of Thy Messenger and the children of Thy Messenger.اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ اَخْرِبْ دِيَارَهُمْ وَافْلُلْ سِلاَحَهُمْ وَ خَالِفْ بَيْنَ كَلِمَتِهِمْ وَفُتَّ فِىْ اَعْضَادِهِمْ وَ اَوْ هِنْ كَيْدَهُمْ وَ اضْرِبْهُمْ بِسَيْفِكَ الْقَاطِعِ وَارْمِهِمْ بِـحَجَرِكَ الدَّامِغِ وَ طُمَّهُمْ بِالْبَلَآءِ طَمًّا وَ قُمَّهُمْ بِالْعَذَابِ قَمًّا وَ عَذِّبْهُمْ عَذَابًا نُكْرًا وَ خُذْهُمْ بِالسِّنِيْنَ وَ الْـمُثَلاَتِ الَّتِىْ اَهْلَـكْتَ بِهَا اَعْدَآئَكَ اِنَّكَ ذُوْ نِقْمَةٍ مِّنَ الْـمُجْرِمِيْنَO my Allah, put a stop to the spread of their sphere of influence; make their equipment and men unserviceable, their expression confused and contradictory; break up their support; crack up their strategy; lay hold upon them, hit and cut off by Thy one sharp strike; throw them down, frightened by Thy hard unnerving barrier, bury them under the swallowing mud of disasters; let them be mean and contemptible under the yoke of despise-able penance; bring them to book and let them have the taste of a hard and sharp retribution; fester them with definite and exemplary punishment, as Thou wipes out Thy enemies; it is beyond the shadow of doubt that Thou cracks down upon the criminals.اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ سُنَّتَكَ ضَآئِعَةٌ وَ اَحْكَامَكَ مُعَطَّلَةٌ وَ عِتْرَةَ نَبِيِّكَ فِى الْاَرْضِ هَآئِمَةٌO my Allah, the way of life approved by Thee has been tossed aside; Thy code of law has been suspended; and the descendents of the Prophet, in this world, had been tormented.اَللّٰهُمَّ فَاَعِنِ الْـحَقَّ وَ اَهْلَهٗ وَ اَقْمَعِ الْبَاطِلَ وَ اَهْلَهٗ وَ مُنَّ عَلَيْنَا بِالنَّجَاةِ وَاهْدِنَا اِلَى الْاِيْـمَانِ وَ عَجِّلْ فَرَجَنَا وَانْظِمْهُ بِفَرَجِ اَوْلِيَآئِكَ وَاجْعَلْهُمْ لَنَاوُدًّا وَاجْعَلْنَا لَـهُمْ وَفْدًاO my Allah, Therefore give all Thy attention and care to signify truth, and the upholders of truth; restrain and prevent falsehood, and the camp-followers of false-hood, and take us to safety as a favour; guide us to true faith; make available for us, as soon as possible, happiness and bliss, bring everything in to good order through the inspiring presence of Thy representatives; make us desire and love them , make them receive us with open arms.اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ اَهْلِكْ مَنْ جَعَلَ يَوْمَ قَتْلِ ابْنِ نَبِيِّكَ وَ خِيَرَتِكَ عِيْدًا وَاسْتَهَلَّ بِهٖ فَرَجًا وَ مَرَحًا وَخُذْ اٰخِرَهُمْ كَمَا اَخَذْتَ اَوَّلَـهُمْ وَ ضَاعِفِO my Allah, bring to nothing those who celebrate the day the choicest (grand) son of Thy Prophet was martyred, in cheerful amusement; laugh and enjoy in utter delight and indulge in wanton boisterous merriment; catch hold of and punish each one of the remaining, just as Thou cracked down on the early (culprits); make twice as much the penalty,اللّٰهُمَّ الْعَذَابَ وَ التَّنْكِيْلَ عَلٰى ظَالِـمِىْ اَهْلِ بَيْتِ نَبِيِّكَ وَ اَهْلَكْ اَشْيَاعَهُمْ وَ قَادَتَـهُمْ وَ اَبْرِحُـمَاتَـهُمْ وَ جَـمَاعَتَهُمْO my Allah, and punishment, a warning example, (while convicting the tyrants who took liberties with and abused the children of Thy Prophet; give the earth blow to their henchmen, put an end to their headmen, wipe out their patrons and their groups altogether.اَللّٰهُمَّ وَضَاعِفْ صَلَوَاتِكَ وَ رَحْـمَتِكَ وَ بَرَكَاتِكَ عَلٰى عِتْرَةِ نَبِيِّكَ الْعِتْرَةِ الضَّائِعَةِ الْـخَآئِفَةِ الْمُسْتَذَلَّةِ بَقِيَّةٍ مِّنَ الشَّجَرَةِ الطَّيِّبَةِ الزَّاكِيَةِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ وَ اَعْلِO my Allah, multiply Thy blessings generously, Thy mercy liberally, Thy favours like a windfall, (thou bestows) upon the children of Thy Prophet, who Thy enemies tried to ignore, frighten and corner, the children who are the blooming pride of the fragrant strongly grown and fertile tree.اَللّٰهُمَّ كَلِمَتَهُمْ وَ اَفْلِجْ حُجَّتَهُمْ وَاكْشِفِ الْبَلَآءَ وَ اللَّاوَآءَ وَحَنَادِسَ الْاَبَاطِيْلِ وَ الْعَمٰى عَنْهُمْ وَ ثَبِّتْ قُلُوْبَ شِيْعَتِهِمْ وَ حِزْبِكَ عَلٰى طَاعَتِكَ وَ وِلاَيَتِهِمْ وَ نُصْرَتـِهِمْ وَ مُوَالاَتِـهِمْ وَ اَعِنْهُمْ وَامْنَحْهُمُ الصَّبْرَ عَلَى الْاَذٰى فِيْكَ وَاجْعَلْهُمْ اَيَّامًا مَّشْهُوْدَةً وَ اَوْقَاتًا مَّـحْمُوْدَةً مَّسْعُوْدَةًLet people subscribe to and uphold,O my Allah, their expressed refined (thoughts), and get the better of the antagonists in debate and disputations through their arguments, put the dark clouds of trouble, distress nothingness and ignorance, to flight, through (on account of) them, make firm and strong the hearts and minds of their followers (to know things for certain and give correct answers), to belong to Thy party, obedient to Thee; to love them; to support them ; stand by them, signify them; they exercised self-control whenever they put up with damage and injury in Thy cause; bring in, for them, the days, people will see them and find them among themselves to pronounce the profession of true faith, a blissful and happy time;تُوْشِكُ فِيْهَا فَرَجَهُمْ وَ تُوْجِبُ فِيْهَا تَـمْكِيْنَهُمْ وَ نَصْرَهُمْ كَمَا ضَمِنْتَ لِاَوْلِيٰآئِكَ فِىْ كِتَابِكَ الْـمُنْزَلِ فَاِنَّكَ قُلْتَ وَ قَوْلُكَ الْـحَقُّ وَعَدَ اللهُ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مِنْكُمْ وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَ لَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَـهُمْ دِيْنَهُمُ الَّذِى ارْتَضٰى لَـهُمْ وَ لَيُبَدِّلَـنَّهُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ اَمْنًا يَّعْبُدُوْنَنِىْ لاَ يُشْرِكُوْنَ بِىْ شَيْئًاBe quick in providing relief and joy, after a long period of suffering (to them and us), on account of their presence; bring on their worthy, decent and refined sphere of influence; and support them as Thou has given a guarantee in this connection in Thy revealed Book; Thou said, (and Thy words are always true): Allah has promised such of you as believe and do good deed that He will surely appoint them successors in the earth, as He appointed successors those before them, and that He will surely establish for them Their religion which He has chosen for them, and surely He will give them in exchange safety after their fear. Thy (shall) ascribe nothing as partner unto Meاَللّٰهُمَّ فَاكْشِفْ غُمَّتَهُمْ يَا مَنْ لاَّ يَـمْلِكُ كَشْفَ الضُّرِّ اِلاَّ هُوَ يَا وَاحِدُ يَا اَحَدُ يَا حَىُّ يَا قَيُّوْمُO my Allah! Therefore disperse the dark clouds hanging over them, no one has power to keep safe from pair and distress save He, O Unique ! O Single ! O Everliving ! O Self-subsisting!وَاَنَا يَا اِلٰـهِىْ عَبْدُكَ الْـخَآئِفُ مِنْكَ وَالرَّاجِعُ اِلَيْكَ السَّآئِلُ لَكَ الْـمُقْبِلُ عَلَيْكَ اللَّاجِئُ اِلٰى فِنَآئِكَ الْعَالِمُ بِاَنَّهٗ لاَ مَلْجَأَ مِنْكَ اِلاَّ اِلَيْكَI, O my Allah, Thy bondman, cautions and (always) aware of Thy just requital, turn to Thee with a request, standing before Thee, to seek the favour of taking refuge with Thee, in Thy courtyard, fully aware of the fact that there is no way to run away from Thee except unto Thee.اَللّٰهُمَّ فَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَآئِىْ وَاسْـمَعْ يَا اِلٰـهِىْ عَلاَنِيَـتِـىْ وَ نَـجْوَاىَ وَاجْعَلْنِىْ مِـمَّنْ رَضِيْتَ عَمَلَهٗ وَقَبِلْتَ نُسُكَهٗ وَ نَـجَّيْتَهٗ بِرَحْـمَتِكَ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْعَزِيْزُ الْكَرِيْمُO my Allah, accede to my request, take notice of my positive statement and heartfelt secret avowal,O my Allah, and let me be the one whose conduct satisfies Thee, (whose) pious life devoted to Thee receives Thy approval, (whom) Thou brings to a place of safety through Thy mercy; verily Thou art rare, dear and beloved (because of ) Thy kindness.اَللّٰهُمَّ وَ صَلِّ اَوَّلاً وَ اٰخِرًا عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّاٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ بَارِكْ عَلىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَارْحَمْ مُحَمَّدًا وَّ اٰلَ مُحَمَّدٍ بِاَكْمَلِ وَ اَفْضَلِ مَا صَلَّيْتَ وَ بَارَكْتَ وَ تَرَحَّـمْتَ عَلٰى اَنْبِيَآئِكَ وَ رُسُلِكَ وَ مَلَآئِكَتِكَ وَ حَـمَلَةِ عَرْشِكَ بِلَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَO my Allah, send blessings, in the beginning and at the end, on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad; keep at peace at all times, Muhammad and the children of Muhammad, let Thy love and tenderness always envelop Muhammad and the children of Muhammad, more thoroughly and decisively than Thou had blessed, kept at peace and loved Thy Prophets, Messengers, Angels and the bearers of Thy Arsh, in the name of and for the sake of “LAA ILAAHA ILLAA ANTA”.اَللّٰهُمَّ لاَ تُفَرِّقْ بَيْنِىْ وَ بَيْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاجْعَلْنِىْ يَا مَوْلاَىَ مِنْ شِيْعَةِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلِىٍّ وَّ فَاطِمَةَ وَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمِ الطَّاهِرَةِ الْـمُنْتَجَبَةِ وَهَبْ لِىَ التَّمَسُّكَ بِـحَبْلِهِمْ وَ الرِّضَا بِسَبِيْلِهِمْ وَ الْاَخْذَ بِطَرِيْقَتِهِمْ اِنَّكَ جَوَادٌ كَرِيْمٌO my Allah, let there be no separation (ever) between me and Muhammad and the children of Muhammad, Thy blessings be on him and them; let me be one among the friends and followers of Muhammad, Ali, Fatimah, Hasan and Husayn, and their pure and select descendants; give me the insight to cling to their friendship, and be always ready to walk with them, and make use of their life style; Verily Thou art liberal, Generous and Kind,|||O He who decrees that which He wills, does that which He wants. It is Thou who possesses and exercises absolute power; therefore (all) praise is for Thee (only); (Thou alone art) the praiseworthy, the thankworthy.ا فَعَجِّلْ يَا مَوْلاَىَ فَرَجَهُمْ وَ فَرَجَنَابِهِمْ فَاِنَّكَ ضَمِنْتَ اِعْزَازَهُمْ بَعْدَ الذِّلَّةِ وَ تَكْثِيْرَهُمْ بَعْدَ الْقِلَّةِ وَ اِظْهَارَهُمْ بَعْدَ الْخُمُوْلِ يَا اَصْدَقَ الصَّادِقِيْنَ وَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِـمِيْنO my Master, let them have a life full of love and peace, and let us share the harmony and bliss with them, because Thou has given a guarantee to put them on the highest pedestal of love, honour and wisdom, after the severest trial and tribulation, to do too much for them , exceeding all bounds, after they had put up with the worldly minimum (in Thy cause), to make them distinct and evident after (Thy enemies) kept them in obscurity, O the Most Truthful ! O the Most Merciful!فَاَسْئَلُكَ يَا اِلٰـهِىْ وَ سَيِّدِىْ مُتَضَرِّعًا اِلَيْكَ بِـجُوْدِكَ وَ كَرَمِكَ بَسْطَ اَمَلِىْ وَ تَـجَاوُزَ عَنِّىْ وَ قَبُوْلَ قَلِيْلِ عَمَلِىْ وَ كَثِيْرِهٖ وَ الزِّيَادَةَ فِىْ اَيَّامِىْ وَ تَبْلِيْغِىْ ذٰلِكَ الْـمَشْهَدَ وَ اَنْ تَـجْعَلَنِىْ مِـمَّنْ يُدْعٰى فَيُجِيْبُ اِلٰى طَاعَتِهِمْ وَ مُوَالاَتِـهِمْ وَ نَصْرِهِمْ وَ تُرِيَنِىْ ذٰلِكَ قَرِيْبًا سَرِيْعًا فِىْ عَافِيَةٍ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ.I beseech Thee, O my Lord, and Master, humble and weak before Thee, to throw wide open doors of Thy generosity and kindness to let my hope (of fulfillment of heart’s desires) come true, and get and gather what I want in surplus; and make valid my deeds, whether insignificant looking or weighty, prolong my days until I am satisfied with being an eye-witness, and give testimony, and be among those who are called upon, so run to obey them, love them and support them (the descendents of the Holy Prophet); Make me see that very soon, close at hand, in good health sound mind and with believing heart. Verily Thou art able to do all things|||In Thee do I seek refuge that I should be among those who hope not for Thy “Days”, so make me full well and be there, O my Master, through Thy mercy, in that time.

Dua of Imam Husayn (a.s.)

The final supplication of Imam Husayn (a.s.) on the Day of Ashura, when surrounded by enemies. A plea to Allah as the Elevated, the Magnificent, and the Merciful — asking Him to judge justly between his family and those who deceived, betrayed, and killed them.

اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ مُتَعَالِي ٱلْمَكَانِ عَظِيمُ ٱلْجَبَرُوتِ شَدِيدُ ٱلْمِحَالِ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ ٱلْخَلاَئِقِ عَرِيضُ ٱلْكِبْرِيَاءِ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰ مَا تَشَاءُ قَرِيبُ ٱلرَّحْمَةِ صَادِقُ ٱلْوَعْدِ سَابِغُ ٱلنِّعْمَةِ حَسَنُ ٱلْبَلاَءِ قَرِيبٌ إِذَا دُعِيتَ مُحِيطٌ بِمَا خَلَقْتَ قَابِلُ ٱلتَّوْبَةِ لِمَنْ تَابَ إِلَيْكَ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰ مَا أَرَدْتَ وَمُدْرِكٌ مَا طَلَبْتَ وَشَكُورٌ إِذَا شُكِرْتَ وَذَكُورٌ إِذَا ذُكِرْتَ أَدْعُوكَ مُحْتَاجاً وَأَرْغَبُ إِلَيْكَ فَقِيراً وَأَفْزَعُ إِلَيْكَ خَائِفاً وَأَبْكِي إِلَيْكَ مَكْرُوباً وَأَسْتَعِينُ بِكَ ضَعِيفاً وَأَتَوَكَّلُ عَلَيْكَ كَافِياً أُحْكُمْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَرُّونَا وَخَدَعُونَا وَخَذَلُونَا وَغَدَرُوٱ بِنَا وَقَتَلُونَا وَنَحْنُ عِتْرَةُ نَبِيِّكَ وَوَلَدُ حَبِيبِكَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِي ٱصْطَفَيْتَهُ بِٱلرِّسَالَةِ وَٱئْتَمَنْتَهُ عَلَىٰ وَحْيِكَ فَٱجْعَلْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا فَرَجاً وَمَخْرَجاً بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ

allahumma anta muta`ali almakani `azimu aljabaruti shadidu almihali ghaniyyun `an alkhala'iqi `aridu alkibriya'i qadirun `ala ma tasha'u qaribu alrrahmati sadiqu alwa`di sabighu alnni`mati hasanu albala'i qaribun idha du`ita muhitun bima khalaqta qabilu alttawbati liman taba ilayka qadirun `ala ma aradta wa mudrikun ma talabta wa shakurun idha shukirta wa dhakurun idha dhukirta ad`uka muhtajan wa arghabu ilayka faqiran wa afza`u ilayka kha'ifan wa abki ilayka makruban wa asta`inu bika da`ifan wa atawakkalu `alayka kafiyan uhkum baynana wa bayna qawmina bilhaqqi fa'innahum gharruna wa khada`una wa khadhaluna wa ghadaru bina wa qataluna wa nahnu `itratu nabiyyika wa waladu habibika muhammadi bni `abdillahi alladhi istafaytahu bilrrisalati wa'tamantahu `ala wahyika faj`al lana min amrina farajan wa makhrajan birahmatika ya arhama alrrahimina

O Allah, You are verily the Elevated in position, the Magnificent in omnipotence, the Mighty in prowess, the Self-Sufficient from the creatures, the Ample in pride, the Powerful over all that which You want, the Close in mercy, the Truthful in promise, the Opulent in favors, the Sympathetic in ordeals, the Nigh when Your are prayed, the All-encompassing of all that which You have created, the Accepter of the repentance of him who repents to You, the Powerful to do whatever You want, the Taker in all that which You decide, the Thankful for those who thank You, and the Rememberer of those who mention You. I pray You for I need You, I desire for You for I am in want of You, I resort to You for I am terrified, I weep before You for I am distressed, I seek Your aid for I am weak, and I depend upon You for I trust in none save You. (Please do) decide between our people and us with the truth, for they have deceived us, cheated us, disappointed us, betrayed us, and killed us. We are the progeny of Your Prophet and the sons of Your beloved one; namely, Muhammad the son of `Abdullah, whom You have chosen for the Divine Mission and for keeping Your Revelation. So, (please) prepare a way out and a relief for us, out of Your mercy, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy!

Dua of Imam Husayn — Morning of Ashura

Recited by Imam Husayn (a.s.) when the cavalry approached on the morning of Ashura. A supplication of absolute reliance on Allah in every hardship — when the heart weakens, options run out, friends abandon, and enemies gloat.

اَللهُمَّ اَتْتَ ثِقَتِىْ فِيْ كُلِّ كَرْبٍ ، وَ رَجَائِ فِيْ كٌلِّ شِدَّةٍ ، وَ اَنْتَ لِي فِيْ كُلِّ اَمْرٍ نَزَلَ بِيْ ثِقَةُ وَ عُدَّةً ، كَمْ مِنْ هَمٍّ يَضْعُفُ فِيْهِ الْفُوَادُ، وَتَقِلُ فِيْهِ الْحِيْلَةْ ، وَ يَخْذُلُ فِيْهِ الصَّدِيْقْ ، وَ يَشْمَتُ فِيْهِ الْعَدُوْ اَنْزَلْتُهُ بِكَ وَ شَكَوْتُهُ اِلَيْكَ رَغْبَةً مِنِّىْ اِلَيْكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ ، فَفَرَّجْتَهُ وَ كَشَفْتَهْ وَ اَتْتَ وَلِيُّ كُلِّ نِعْمَةٍ ، وَ صِاحِبُ كُلِّ حَسَنَةٍ ، وَ مُنْتَهَى كُلِّ رَغْبَةٍ

Allahumma anta thiqati fi kulli karb, wa raja'i fi kulli shiddah, wa anta li fi kulli amrin nazala bi thiqatun wa uddah. Kam min hammin yad'ufu fihil fu'wad, wa taqillu fihil hilah, wa yakhdhulu fihi assadiq, wa yashmatu fihil aduw, anzaltuhu bika wa shakawtuhu ilayka raghbatan minni ilayka amman siwak, fafarrajtahu wa kashaftah. Wa anta waliyyu kulli ni'mah, wa sahibu kulli hasanah, wa muntaha kulli raghbah.

O Allah, You are the One I trust in every adversity, and You are my hope in every hardship, and You are for me in every matter that befalls me a source of trust and provision. How many worries weaken the heart, diminish all options, abandon friends, and cause enemies to rejoice — I endured them with You and appealed to You about them, turning to You alone and none other, and You relieved me of them and removed them. You are the Master of every grace, the Source of every blessing, and the Fulfillment of every desire.

Dua for Calamity — Taught to Imam Zayn al-Abidin (a.s.)

Taught by Imam Husayn (a.s.) to his son Imam Zayn al-Abidin (a.s.) for relief from any calamity, crisis, or grief. Invokes Allah by the right of [Surah Yasin](surah://36) and [Surah Taha](surah://20), asking for fulfillment of needs and mercy.

بِحَقِّ يٰسٓ وَالْقُرْاٰنِ الْحَكِيْمِ وَ بِحَقِّ طٰهٰ وَ الْقُرْاٰنِ الْعَظِيْمِيَا مَنْ يَقْدِرُ عَلٰى حَوَاۤئِجِ السَّاۤئِلِيْنَ يَا مَنْ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى الضَّمِيْرِيَا مُنَفِّسًا عَنِ الْمَكْرُوْبِيْنَ يَا مُفَرِّجًا عَنِ الْمَغْمُوْمِيْنَيَا رَاحِمَ الشَّيْخِ الْكَبِيْرِ يَا رَازِقَ الطِّفْلِ الصَّغِيْرِيَا مَنْ لَايَحْتَاجُ اِلَى التَّفْسِيْرِصَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَافْعَلْ بِىْ كَذَا و كَذَا

Be haqqe Yasin wal quran il hakim. wa be hakke taha wa quran il azeem. Ya man yaqdiro al hawajeis saleen .Ya man yalamo...

By the truth of Yaseen (36) and the Qur'an full of wisdomAnd for the sake of Taha (20)and the great Qur'anO He Who is able to fulfil the desires of those who askO He Who knows what is in the heartO He Who banishes sorrow from the sorrowfulO He Who dispels grief from those who grieve.O He Who is Merciful in old ageO He Who Provides in infancyO He Who needs not to be explained.

Ashura Ziyarat & Dua (Muntakhab)

The following supplications are found in Al-Mukhtasar min al-Muntakhab. {{arabic}} After this, recite ten times each: {{arabic}} Another Ziyarat of Al-Husayn (a.s.) for the day of Ashura from Al-Mukhtasar min al-Muntakhab. Get ready for the pilgrimage and make major ritual ablutions. Put on clean clothes. Walk in bare feet to either the roof or the yard and recite: {{arabic}} Then say six units of prayers, two at a time. In each unit recite [Surah al-Hamd](surah://1) once and [Surah al-Ikhlas](surah://112) one hundred times. Once you are finished, say the following: {{arabic}} {{arabic}} Recite this dua ten times on the day of Ashura: {{arabic}}

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ‌ وَ أَطْرافَ النَّهارِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ‌ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَ الْآصالِ‌ وَ سُبْحَانَ‌ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَ حِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ وَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ وَ عَشِيًّا وَ حِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَ يُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَ يُحْيِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِها وَ كَذلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ‌سُبْحانَ‌ [اللَّهِ‌] رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ وَ سَلامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ‌الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَداً وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ وَ كَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيراًعَدَدَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ مِلْأَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ زِنَةَ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ وَ أَضْعَافَ ذَلِكَ أَضْعَافاً مُضَاعَفَةً أَبَداً سَرْمَداً كَمَا يَنْبَغِي لِعَظَمَتِهِ سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْمُلْكِ وَ الْمَلَكُوتِ سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْعِزِّ وَ الْجَبَرُوتِ سُبْحَانَ الْحَيِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوسِ سُبْحَانَ الْقَائِمِ الدَّائِمِ سُبْحَانَ الْحَيِّ الْقَيُّومِ سُبْحَانَ الْعَلِيِّ الْأَعْلَى سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ سُبُّوحٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَ الرُّوحِاللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ فِي مِنَّةٍ وَ نِعْمَةٍ وَ عَافِيَةٍ فَأَتْمِمْ عَلَيَّ نِعْمَتَكَ يَا اللَّهُ وَ مَنَّكَ وَ عَافِيَتَكَ وَ ارْزُقْنِي شُكْرَكَاللَّهُمَّ بِنُورِ وَجْهِكَ اهْتَدَيْتُ وَ بِفَضْلِكَ اسْتَغْنَيْتُ وَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ أَصْبَحْتُ وَ أَمْسَيْتُ أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ وَ كَفَى بِكَ شَهِيداً وَ أُشْهِدُ مَلَائِكَتَكَ وَ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ وَ جَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ وَ سَمَاءَكَ وَ أَرْضَكَ وَ جَنَّتَكَ وَ نَارَكَ بِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ وَ أَنَّ مَا دُونَ عَرْشِكَ إِلَى قَرَارِ أَرْضِكَ مِنْ مَعْبُودٍ دُونَكَ بَاطِلٌ مُضْمَحِلٌّ وَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُكَ وَ رَسُولُكَ‌ وَ أَنَّ السَّاعَةَ آتِيَةٌ لا رَيْبَ فِيها وَ أَنَّكَ بَاعِثُ مَنْ‌ فِي الْقُبُورِاللَّهُمَّ فَاكْتُبْ شَهَادَتِي هَذِهِ عِنْدَكَ حَتَّى أَلْقَاكَ بِهَا وَ قَدْ رَضِيتَ عَنِّي يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَاللَّهُمَّ فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْداً تَضَعُ لَكَ السَّمَاوَاتُ كَنَفَيْهَا وَ تُسَبِّحُ لَكَ الْأَرْضُ وَ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا حَمْداً يَصْعَدُ وَ لَا يَنْفَدُ حَمْداً يَزِيدُ وَ لَا يَبِيدُ حَمْداً سَرْمَداً لَا انْقِطَاعَ لَهُ وَ لَا نَفَادَ حَمْداً يَصْعَدُ أَوَّلُهُ وَ لَا يَفْنَى آخِرُهُ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَيَّ وَ فَوْقِي وَ مَعِي وَ أَمَامِي وَ قَبْلِي وَ لَدَيَّ وَ إِذَا مِتُّ وَ فَنِيتُ وَ بَقِيتُ يَا مَوْلَايَ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ بِجَمِيعِ مَحَامِدِكَ كُلِّهَا عَلَى جَمِيعِ نَعْمَائِكَ كُلِّهَا وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ فِي كُلِّ عِرْقٍ سَاكِنٍ وَ فِي كُلِّ أَكْلَةٍ وَ شَرْبَةٍ وَ لِبَاسٍ وَ قُوَّةٍ وَ بَطْشٍ وَ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ كُلِّ شَعْرَةٍ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ كُلُّهُ وَ لَكَ الْمُلْكُ كُلُّهُ وَ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ وَ إِلَيْكَ يَرْجِعُ الْأَمْرُ كُلُّهُ عَلَانِيَتُهُ وَ سِرُّهُ وَ أَنْتَ مُنْتَهَى الشَّأْنِ كُلِّهِ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى حِلْمِكَ بَعْدَ عِلْمِكَ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى عَفْوِكَ بَعْدَ قُدْرَتِكَاللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ يَا بَاعِثَ الْحَمْدِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ يَا وَارِثَ الْحَمْدِ وَ بَدِيعَ الْحَمْدِ وَ مُنْتَهَى الْحَمْدِ وَ مُبْدِئَ الْحَمْدِ وَ وَفِيَّ الْعَهْدِ صَادِقَ الْوَعْدِ عَزِيزَ الجد [الْجُنْدِ] وَ قَدِيمَ الْمَجْدِاللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ رَفِيعَ الدَّرَجَاتِ مُجِيبَ الدَّعَوَاتِ مُنْزِلَ الْآيَاتِ مِنْ فَوْقِ سَبْعِ سَمَاوَاتٍ مُخْرِجَ مَنْ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ مُبَدِّلَ السَّيِّئَاتِ حَسَنَاتٍ وَ جَاعِلَ الْحَسَنَاتِ دَرَجَاتٍاللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ غَافِرَ الذَّنْبِ وَ قَابِلَ التَّوْبِ شَدِيدَ الْعِقَابِ ذَا الطَّوْلِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ إِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ فِي‌ اللَّيْلِ إِذا يَغْشى‌ وَ فِي‌ النَّهارِ إِذا تَجَلَّى‌ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَ الْأُولَىاللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ كُلِّ نَجْمٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ بِعَدَدِ كُلِّ مَلَكٍ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ كُلِّ قَطْرَةٍ فِي الْبَحْرِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ أَوْرَاقِ الْأَشْجَارِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ وَ عَدَدَ الثَّرَى وَ الْبَهَائِمِ وَ السِّبَاعِ وَ الطَّيْرِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ مَا فِي جَوْفِ الْأَرْضِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ مَا عَلَى وَجْهِ الْأَرْضِ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ مَا أَحْصَى كِتَابُكَ وَ أَحَاطَ بِهِ عِلْمُكَ وَ زِنَةَ عَرْشِكَ حَمْداً كَثِيراً مُبَارَكاً فِيهِاللَّهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَدَدَ مَا تَقُولُ وَ عَدَدَ مَا تَعْلَمُ وَ عَدَدَ مَا يَعْمَلُ خَلْقُكَ كُلُّهُمْ الْأَوَّلُونَ وَ الْآخِرُونَ وَ بِزِنَةِ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ وَ عَدَدَ مَا سَمَّيْنَا كُلَّهُ إِذَا مِتْنَا وَ فَنَيْنَا لا إِلهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ‌ وَحْدَهُ‌ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ‌ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَ يُمِيتُ‌ وَ هُوَ عَلى‌ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ قَدِيرٌ|||أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَيَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُيَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحْمَانُيَا رَحِيمُ يَا رَحِيمُيَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُيَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَوَ لَا حَوْلَ‌وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِآمِينَ آمِينَ|||السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ آدَمَ صَفْوَةِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ نُوحٍ أَمِينِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ مُوسَى كَلِيمِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ عِيسَى رُوحِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ مُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ سَيِّدِ الْوَصِيِّينَ وَ أَفْضَلِ السَّابِقِينَ وَ سِبْطِ خَاتَمِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَ كَيْفَ لَا تَكُونُ كَذَلِكَ سَيِّدِي وَ أَنْتَ إِمَامُ الْهُدَى وَ حَلِيفُ التُّقَى وَ خَامِسُ أَصْحَابِ الْكِسَاءِ رُبِّيتَ فِي حَجْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَ رَضَعْتَ مِنْ ثَدْيِ الْإِيمَانِ فَطِبْتَ حَيّاً وَ مَيِّتاًالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَارِثَ الْحَسَنِ الزَّكِيِّالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا الصِّدِّيقُ الشَّهِيدُالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا الْوَصِيُّ الْبَرُّ التَّقِيُّ الرَّضِيُّ الزَّكِيُّالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ عَلَى الْأَرْوَاحِ الَّتِي حَلَّتْ بِفِنَائِكَوَ أَنَاخَتْ بِسَاحَتِكَ وَ جَاهَدَتْ فِي اللَّهِ مَعَكَ وَ شَرَتْ نَفْسَهَا ابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِ اللَّهِ فِيكَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ الْمُحْدِقِينَ بِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُوَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً عَبْدُهُ وَ رَسُولُهُوَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ أَبَاكَ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَيِّدُ الْوَصِيِّينَ وَ قَائِدُ الْغُرِّ الْمُحَجَّلِينَ إِمَامٌ افْتَرَضَ اللَّهُ طَاعَتَهُ عَلَى خَلْقِهِوَ كَذَلِكَ أَخُوكَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ صَلَوَاتُ [صلى‌] اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ كَذَلِكَ أَنْتَ وَ الْأَئِمَّةُ مِنْ وُلْدِكَ [أولادك‌]أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكُمْ أَقَمْتُمُ الصَّلَاةَ وَ آتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَ أَمَرْتُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَ نَهَيْتُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَ جَاهَدْتُمْ‌ فِي اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهادِهِ‌ حَتَّى أَتَاكُمُ الْيَقِينُمِنْ وَعْدِهِ فَأُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ وَ أُشْهِدُكُمْ أَنِّي بِاللَّهِ مُؤْمِنٌ وَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ مُصَدِّقٌ وَ بِحَقِّكُمْ عَارِفٌ وَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكُمْ قَدْ بَلَّغْتُمْ عَنِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَا أَمَرَكُمْ بِهِ وَ عَبَدْتُمُوهُ حَتَّى أَتَاكُمُ الْيَقِينُبِأَبِي وَ أُمِّي أَنْتَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ قَتَلَكَ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِكَ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ شَايَعَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ بَلَغَهُ ذَلِكَ فَرَضِيَ بِهِأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ الَّذِينَ سَفَكُوا دَمَكَ وَ انْتَهَكُوا حُرْمَتَكَ وَ قَعَدُوا عَنْ نُصْرَتِكَ مِمَّنْ دَعَاكَ فَأَجَبْتَهُ مَلْعُونُونَ عَلَى لِسَانِ النَّبِيِّ الْأُمِّيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَيَا سَيِّدِي وَ مَوْلَايَ إِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يُجِبْكَ بَدَنِي عِنْدَ اسْتِغَاثَتِكَ فَقَدْ أَجَابَكَ رَأْيِي وَ هَوَايَ أَنَا أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ الْحَقَّ مَعَكَ وَ أَنَّ مَنْ خَالَفَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ بَاطِلٌ فَيَا لَيْتَنِي كُنْتُ مَعَكُمْ‌ فَأَفُوزَ فَوْزاً عَظِيماً فَأَسْأَلُكَ يَا سَيِّدِي أَنْ تَسْأَلَ اللَّهَ جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ فِي ذُنُوبِي وَ أَنْ يُلْحِقَنِي بِكُمْ وَ بِشِيعَتِكُمْ وَ أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَكُمْ فِي الشَّفَاعَةِ وَ أَنْ يُشَفِّعَكُمْ فِي ذُنُوبِي فَإِنَّهُ قَالَ جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ‌ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ‌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَ عَلَى آبَائِكَ وَ أَوْلَادِكَ وَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ الْمُقِيمِينَ فِي حَرَمِكَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَوَ عَلَى الشُّهَدَاءِ الَّذِينَ اسْتُشْهِدُوا مَعَكَ وَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكَ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ عَلَى وَلَدِكَ عَلِيٍّ الْأَصْغَرِ الَّذِي فُجِعْتَ بِهِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي بِكَ تَوَجَّهْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَ قَدْ تَحَرَّمْتُ بِمُحَمَّدٍ وَ عِتْرَتِهِ وَ تَوَجَّهْتُ بِهِمْ إِلَيْكَ وَ اسْتَشْفَعْتُ بِهِمْ إِلَيْكَ وَ تَوَسَّلْتُ بِمُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ لِتَقْضِيَ عَنِّي مُفْتَرَضِي وَ دَيْنِي وَ تُفَرِّجَ غَمِّي وَ تَجْعَلَ فَرَجِي مَوْصُولًا بِفَرَجِهِمْ ثُمَّ امْدُدْ يَدَيْكَ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ إِبْطَيْكَ وَ قُلْ يَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ لَا تَهْتِكْ سِتْرِي وَ لَا تُبْدِ عَوْرَتِي وَ آمَنَ مِنْ رَوْعَتِي وَ أَقِلْنِي عَثْرَتِي اللَّهُمَّ اقْلِبْنِي مُفْلِحاً مُنْجِحاً قَدْ رَضِيتَ عَمَلِي وَ اسْتَجَبْتَ دَعْوَتِي يَا اللَّهُ الْكَرِيمُ ثُمَّ تَقُولُالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ تَبْدَأُ فَتَقُولُ|||السَّلَامُ عَلَى أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى فَاطِمَةَ الزَّهْرَاءِالسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ الزَّكِيِّالسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْحُسَيْنِ الصِّدِّيقِ الشَّهِيدِالسَّلَامُ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِالسَّلَامُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّالسَّلَامُ عَلَى جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍالسَّلَامُ عَلَى‌ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍالسَّلَامُ عَلَى الرِّضَا عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَىالسَّلَامُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّالسَّلَامُ عَلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍالسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّالسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ الْقَائِمِ [الْعَالِمِ‌] بِحَقِّ اللَّهِ وَ حُجَّةِ اللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَى آبَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ الطَّيِّبِينَ الطَّاهِرِينَ وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً كَثِيراً|||اللَّهُمَّ يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا عَلِيُّ يَا عَظِيمُيَا أَحَدُ يَا صَمَدُ يَا فَرْدُ يَا وَتْرُ يَا سَمِيعُ يَا عَلِيمُ يَا عَالِمُ يَا كَبِيرُ يَا مُتَكَبِّرُ يَا جَلِيلُ يَا جَمِيلُ يَا حَلِيمُ يَا قَوِيُّ يَا عَزِيزُ يَا مُتَعَزِّزُ يَا مُؤْمِنُ يَا مُهَيْمِنُ يَا جَبَّارُ يَا عَلِيُّ يَا مُعِينُيَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ يَا تَوَّابُ يَا بَاعِثُ يَا وَارِثُ يَا حَمِيدُ يَا مَجِيدُ يَا مَعْبُودُ يَا مَوْجُودُ يَا ظَاهِرُ يَا بَاطِنُ يَا أَوَّلُ يَا آخِرُ يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِوَ يَا ذَا الْعِزَّةِ وَ السُّلْطَانِ أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ هَذِهِ الْأَسْمَاءِ يَا اللَّهُ وَ بِحَقِّ أَسْمَائِكَ كُلِّهَا أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَنْ تُفَرِّجَ عَنِّي كُلَّ هَمٍّ وَ غَمٍّ وَ كَرْبٍ وَ ضُرٍّ وَ ضِيقٍ أَنَا فِيهِ وَ تَقْضِيَ عَنِّي دَيْنِي وَ تُبَلِّغَنِي أُمْنِيَّتِي وَ تُسَهِّلَ لِي مَحَبَّتِي وَ تُيَسِّرَ لِي إِرَادَتِي وَ تُوصِلَنِي إِلَى بُغْيَتِي سَرِيعاً عَاجِلًا وَ تُعْطِيَنِي سُؤْلِي وَ مَسْأَلَتِي وَ تَزِيدَنِي فَوْقَ رَغْبَتِي وَ تَجْمَعَ خَيْرَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ.|||اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ ﻋَﲆٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ سَلِّمْ ﻋَﲆٰ جَمِیْعِ َانَ لله مَلَأ الْمِيْزَانِ وَ مُنْتَهَي الْاَنْبِیَآئِ وَالْمُرْسَلِيْنَ ُْ الْعِلْمِ وَ مَبْلَغَ الرِّضَا وَ زِنَةَ الْعَرْشِ وَ سِّعَةَ الْکُرْسِىِّ لَا َانَ لله عَدَدَا لَشَّفْعِ وَ لله اِلَّااِلَیْهِ ُْ مَلْجَا وَ لَا مَنْجَا َِ وَ عَدَدَ كلَمَِاتِهِ التَّآمَّآتِ كُلِّهَا اَسْئَلُهُ السَّلَامَةَ الْوِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِیْمِ و ھُوَ حْمَتِهٖ وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا ِ حَسْ بى وَ نِعْمَ الْوَکیِْلُ وَ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلٰي وَ نِعْمَ النَّصِيْرُ وَ صَلَّ للهُ ﻋَﲆٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ الِهٖ وَ سَلِّمْ ﻋَﲆٰ جَمِیْعِ الْاَنْبِیَآئِ وَ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَ قٰضِ حَاجَا تىْ فِي الدُّنْیَا وَ لْاٰخِرَۃِ وَ طَوِّلٰ اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ ۔ حْمَتِکَ َ عُمْرِیْ فِيْ طَاعَتِکَ وَ رِضَا

BIsmillaahir Rah'maanir Rah'eem. Subhaanal laahe wal-hamdo lillaahe wa laa elaaha illal laaho wal laaho Akbaro wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaahil A'liyyil a'zeem subhaanal laahe aanaa-il layle wa atraafan nahaare subhaanal laahe bil-ghoduwwe wal-aasaale Subhaanal laahe heena tumsoona wa heena tusbehoon wa lahul hamdo fis samaawaate wal arze wa a'shiyyan wa heena tuzheroona yukhrejul hayya menal mayyte wa yukhrejul mayyeta menal hayye wa yohil arza ba'da mawtehaa wa kazaaleka tukhrajoon.Subhaana rabbeka rabbil i'zzate a'mmaa yasefoon wa salaamun a'lal mursaleena wal-hamdo lillaahe rabbil a'alameenAlhamdo lillaahil lazee lam yattakhiz waladan wa lam yakul lahu shareekun fil mulke wa lam yakul lahu waliyyum menaz zulle wa kabirho takbeeraa a'dada kulle shay-in wa mil-a kulle shayin wa zenata kulle shay-in wa az-a'afa zaaleka mozaa-a'fatan abadan sarmadan kamaa yanbaghi le-a'zamatehi subhaana zil mulke wal malakoote subhaana zili'zzate wal jabaroote subhaanal hayyil lazee laa yamooto.subhaanal malekil quddoos. Subhaanal qaa-emid daa-eme subhaanal hayyil qayyoom subhaanal a'liyyil a-a'laa subhaanahu wa ta-a'alaa subhaanal laahe subboohun quddooson rabbul malaaa-ekate war-rooh.Allaahumma innee asbahto fee minnatin wa ne'matin wa a'afeyatin Fa-atmim a'layya ne'matak. Yaa Allaaho wa mannaka wa a'afeyataka war zuqnee shukraka.Allaahumma be-noore wajhekah taddayto wa be-fazlekas taghnayto wa be-ne'mateka asbahto wa amsayto asbahto ush-hedoka wa kafaa beak shaheedan wa ush-hedo malaaa-ekataka wa hamalata a'rsheka wa jamee-a' khalqeka wa samaaa-aka wa arzaka wa jannataka wa naaraka be-annaka antal laaho laa elaaha illaa anta wahdaka laa shareeka laka wa anna maa doona a'rsheka elaa qaraare arzeka min ma'boodin doonaka baatelun muzmahillun wa ash-hado anna Mohammadan a'bdoka wa rasooloka wa annas saa-a'ta aateyatun laa rayba feehaa wa annaka baa-e'sun man fil qoboor.Allaahumma! Faktub sha-haadatee haazehi i'ndaka hattaa alqaaka behaa wa qad razeeta a'nnee yaa arhamar raahemeen.Allaahumma! Falakal hamdo hamdan taza-o' lakas samaa-o kanafayhaa wa tosabbeho lakal arzo wa man a'layhaa hamdan yas-a'do wa laa yanfado hamdan yazeedo wa laa yabeedo hamdan sarmadan lan qetaa-a' lahu wa laa nafaada hamdan yas-a'do awwalohu wa laa yafnaa aakherohu, wa lakal hamdo a'layya wa fawqee wa ma-e'e wa amaamee wa qebalee wa ladayya wa ezaa mitto wa fanayto wa baqeeto yaa mawlaaya wa lakal hamdo be-jamee-e' mahaamedeka kullehaa a'laa jamee-e' na'maa-eka kullehaa wa lakal hamdo fee kulle i'rqin saakenin wa fee kulle aklatin wa sharbatin wa lebaasin wa quwwatin batshin wa a'laa maw-ze-e' kulle sha'ratin.Allaahumma lakal hamdo kullohu wa lakal mulko kullohu wa be-yadekal khayro kullohu wa elayka yarje-u'l amro kullohu a'laaneyatohu wa sirrohu wa anta muntahash shaane kulleh. Allaahumma lakal hamdo a'laa hilmeka ba'da i'lmeka wa lakal hamdo a'laa a'fweka ba'da qudratek. Allaahumma lakal hamdo yaa baa-e'sal hamde wa lakal hamdo yaa waaresal hamde wa badee-a'l hamde wa muntahal hamde wa mubde-al hamde wa wafiyyal a'hde saadeqal wa'de a'zeezal jadde wa qadeemal majde.Allaahumma lakal hamdo ra-fee-a'd darajaate mojeebad da'waate munzelal aayaate min fawqe sab-e' samaawaatin tukhrejo man fiz zolomaate elan noore mobaddelas sayyeaate hasanaatin wa jaa-e'lil hasanaate darajaatin.Allaahumma lakal hamdo ghaaferaz zanbe wa qaabelat tawbe shadeedal e'qaabe zat-tawle laa elaaha illaa anta elaykal maseer.Allaahumma lakal hamdo fil layle ezaa yaghshaa wa fin nahaare ezaa tajalaa wa lakal hamdo fil aakherate wal-oolaa.Allaahumma lakal hamdo a'dada kulle najmin fis-samaaa-e wa lakal hamdo be-a'dade kulle malakin fis-samaa-e wa lakal hamdo a'dada kulle qatratin fil bahre wa lakal hamdo a'dada awraaqil ashjaare wa lakal hamdo a'dadal jinne wal inse wa a'dadas saraa wal-bahaa-eme was-sebaa-e' wat-tayre wa lakal hamdo a'dada maa fee jawfil arze wa lakal hamdo a'dada maa a'laa wajhil arze wa lakal hamdoo a'dada maa ahsaa ketaaboka wa ahaata behii'lmoka ea zenata a'rsheka hamdan kaseeran mobaarakan feehe.Allaahumma lakal hamdo a'dada maa taqoolo wa a'dada maa ta'lamo wa a'dada maa ya'malo khalqoka kullohomul awwaloona wal-aakheroona wa be-zeenata zaaleka kullehi wa a'dada maa sammaynaa kullahu ezaa mitnaa wa faneenaa laa-elaaha illal laaho wahdahu laa shareeka lahu lahul mulko wa lahul hamdo yohyee wa yomeeto wa howa a'laa kulle shay-in qadeer. Transliteration… allaahumma s'alli a'laa muh'ammadinw wa aali muh'ammadin wa sallim a'laa jamee'-il ambiyaa-i wal mursaleen. subh'aan allaahi malaa al meezaani wa muntahal i'lmi mab-laghar riz”a wa zeenatal a'rshi was si-a'tal kursiyyi laa malja wa laa manja minallaahi illa ilaih.subh'aan allaahi a'dada lash shaf-i' wal witri wa a'dada kalimaa ti hit ta-ammaati kulliha as-aluhus salaamata bi rah'matihi wa laa h'awla wa laa quwwata illa billaahil a'liyyil az”eem wa huwa h'asbi wa ni'mal wakeelu wa ni'mal maula wa ni'man nas'eer.wa s'allal laahu a'laa muh'ammadinw wa aalihi wa sallim a'laa jamee-i'l ambiyaa-i wal mursaleen. wa qaaz”i h'aajati fid duniya wal aakhirati wa t'awwila u'mri fee ta-a'tika wa riz”aa bi rah'matika yaa ar h'amar raah'i meen.|||Astaghferullaah Yaa Allaaho Yaa Allaaho Yaa Rahmaano Yaa Rahmaano Yaa Raheemo Yaa Raheemo Yaa Hannaano Yaa Mannaano Yaa Laa Elaaha Illaa Anta Wa Laa Hawla Wa Laa Quwwata Illaa Billaahil A'liyyil A'zeem Aameen Aameen||||||||||||Allaahumma s'alli a'laa Muh'ammadinw wa aali Muh'ammadin wa sallim a'laa jamee'-il ambiyaa-i wal mursaleen. Subh'aan Allaahi malaa al meezaani wa muntahal i'lmi mab-laghar riz"a wa zeenatal a'rshi was si-a'tal kursiyyi laa malja wa laa manja minallaahi illa ilaih. Subh'aan Allaahi a'dada lash shaf-i' wal witri wa a'dada kalimaa ti hit ta-ammaati kulliha as-aluhus salaamata bi rah'matihi wa laa h'awla wa laa quwwata illa billaahil a'liyyil az"eem wa huwa h'asbi wa ni'mal wakeelu wa ni'mal maula wa ni'man nas'eer. Wa s'allal laahu a'laa Muh'ammadinw wa aalihi wa sallim a'laa jamee-i'l ambiyaa-i wal mursaleen. Wa qaaz"i h'aajati fid duniya wal aakhirati wa t'awwila u'mri fee ta-a'tika wa riz"aa bi rah'matika yaa arh'amar raah'imeen.

"Glory be to God and Praise be to Him. There is no god but God. And God is the Great. There is no change nor any strength except by God – the Sublime, the Supreme. Glory be to God in the midst of nights or the ends of days. Glory be to God in the mornings and in the evenings. “So (give) glory to God!, when ye reach eventide and when ye rise in the morning;Yea, to Him be praise, in the heavens and on earth; and in the late afternoon and when the day begins to decline. It is He Who brings out the living from the dead, and brings out the dead from the living, and Who gives life to the earth after it is dead: and thus shall ye be brought out (from the dead).”30:17-19“Glory be to Your Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they ascribe (to Him)! And Peace on the apostles! And Praise be to God!, the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds. “37:180-182“Praise be to God!, who begets no son, and has no partner in (His) dominion: Nor (needs) He any to protect Him from humiliation: yea, magnify Him for His greatness and glory!” 17:111Praise as many in number as there are things, as much as it fills everything, as heavy as all things, and many times more than this – so much that it suits His Grandeur. Glory be to Lord of Sovereignty and Kingdom! Glory be to the Lord of Honor and Omnipotence. Glory be to the Everlasting who shall not perish! Glory be to the Sovereign, the Holy One! Glory be to the Upright! The Perpetual!Glory be to the Living, the Self-Subsisting ! Glory be to the Highest High, the Glorified and Sublime! Glory be to God – Sacred, Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit! O' my God! I made it to the morning honored, blessed and in good health. O' God! Please perfect Your Blessings, Favor and Well-being for me. O' God! Please bless me with Your Gratitude. O' my God! I was guided by the Light of Your Face, and became needless by Your Bounties. I made it to the morning and the evening by Your Blessings! O' my God! I take You as witness. You suffice as a witness for me.I take Your angels, the carriers of Your Throne, all Your creatures, Your Heaven and Earth, Your Paradise and Hell. I bear witness to You as there is no God but You. You are the Only who has no associate.I bear witness that any creatures from the heavens or the earth are doomed to destruction but You. And I bear witness that Muhammad (as) is Your servant and Your Prophet. I bear witness that the Hour is sure to come and there is no doubt about it. I bear witness that You are the Resurrector of the dead from the graves.O' my God! Please record my testimony near You until I meet You with You pleased with me. O' the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful! O' my God! All praise belongs to You.Praise of the heavens that has lowered its peripherals in humbleness to You, and that the earth and whatever lies in it glorifies You. Praise that rises and does not end. Praise that increases and does not diminish. Praise that is everlasting, eternal, never stopping and never ending. Praise that begins to rise and does not end.Praise belongs to You by me, above me, with me, in front of me and near me.O‟ my Guardian! Praise belongs to You when I die and You survive. So all praise belongs to You for all Your Bounties with all forms of praise for You. Praise belongs to You in each beating of the veins, each instance of eating, drinking, dressing, exerting, exhaling, and all hair. All Praise belongs to You. All Sovereignty belongs to You.In Your hand is all the good. All affairs whether public or private return to You.And You are the ultimate Authority! O' my God! Praise belongs to You for having known and yet been patient, and for having pardoned even though You can punish. O' my God! Praise belongs to You. Praise to You O' Cause of Praise! Praise belongs to You! O' Inheritor of Praise! O' Creator of Praise! O' Destination of Praise! O' Origin of Praise! O' He who honors his covenants! And is truthful in promise, O' Exalted in Might! O' the Eternal in Glory! O' my God! Praise belongs to You. O' He who give high ranks! O' the Responder to supplications! O' He who sends verses from above the seven heavens! O' He who brings out of darkness and into light! O' He who turns evils into good deeds! O' He who gives ranks to good deeds! O' my God! Praise belongs to You.O' Forgiver of sins, Acceptor of repentance, Strict in punishment, O' He who is Benevolent. There is no God but You! “To You is our Final Goal.”Al-Mumtahana 60:4.O' my God! Praise belongs to You at night when it is dark and in the daytime when it is light. Praise belongs to You in the afterlife and the first life.O' my God! Praise belongs to You as many in number as there are stars in the sky. Praise belongs to You as many in number as there are dominions in the sky. Praise belongs to You as many in number as there are drops in the rain.Praise belongs to You as many in number as there are leaves in the trees. Praise belongs to You as many in number as there are men and genies. Praise belongs to You as many in number as there is sand, animals, beasts and birds - as many in number as there in the depth of the earth and as many in number as there are on the face of the earth. Praise belongs to You as many in number as Your Book has counted and Your Knowledge has encompassed and Your Throne weighs.Praise that is plentiful and blessed in it. O' my God! Praise belongs to You as many in number as You say, and as many in number as You know, and as many in number as all Your creatures from the first generation to the last act, and equal in weight and number to all we name up until we die and perish. There is no God but God. He is One and there are no partners for Him.Sovereignty and Praise belong to Him. He gives life and causes to die and He has power over all things.|||I ask forgiveness of Allah O Allah! O Allah! O Beneficent! O Beneficent! O Merciful! O Merciful! O Giver! O Bestower! O There is no god save Thou. And there is neither power nor might save with Allah, the Most High, the All-magnificent So be it, So be it|||Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Adam (as) - God's Chosen one! Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Noah (as) - God's Trusted one! Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Abraham (as) - the beloved friend of God. Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Moses (as), to whom God spoke directly!Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Jesus (as) - God's Spirit! Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Muhammad (as), God's Messenger!Peace be on you, O' inheritor of the Prophets (as) and the Commander of the Faithful (as). O' Master of the Trustees. The noblest of the forerunners. O' son of Seal of the Prophets (as).O‟ My Master! How could you be not so? You are the Leader towards guidance, ally of piety, and one of the five people under the cloak. You were raised in the lap of Islam, you were nursed from the bosom of faith. Blessed be your life and blessed be your death! Peace be on you, O' inheritor of Al-Hassan (as) - the pure! Peace be on you, O' Aba Abdullah! Peace be on you, O' the Honest! The Martyr! Peace be on you, O' Trustee- the righteous, the pious, the content and the purified. Peace be on you, and on the souls who came and stayed in your camp, and stayed with you in your journey, struggled in the way of God with you and gave life to earn God's Pleasure. Peace be on the angels who circumambulate around you. I bear witness that there is no God but God. He is One and there are no partners for Him. I bear witness that Muhammad (as) is His servant and Prophet (as) and may His peace be on them plentifully - His servant and Prophet (as)!I bear witness that your father Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) – the Commander of the Faithful – may God's blessings be on him – the Master of the Trustees, The Leader of those with white-foreheads2, is the Divine Leader whose obedience God ordained obligatory for all people. So is your brother Al-Hassan ibn Ali (as). So are you and the Divine Leaders (as) from your progeny. I bear witness that you established the prayers and gave charity, enjoined doing good and admonished against doing evil. You really struggled in God's way, until death took you away. I take God and you as witness that I believe in God, acknowledge Muhammad (as) and know your rights. I bear witness that indeed you delivered what the Honorable the Exalted God has ordered you to deliver, and you served him until the inevitable death tool you away. O' Aba Abdullah! May my parents be your ransom. May God's Curse be on those who killed you. May God's Curse be on those who ordered that you be killed. May God's Curse be on those who assisted them in this. May God's Curse be on those who heard this and were pleased. I bear witness that those who shed your blood, violated your sanctity, invited you but did not help you after you responded to their invitation were all damned by the unlettered Prophet (as). O' my Master and Guardian! If my body was not there to protect you when you sought help, my will and wish responded to you.I bear witness that you were right and your opponents were wrong.I wish I had been with you and had attained a great salvation! Therefore - O' my Master! - I ask you to ask God – exalted is His Remembrance - regarding my sins, and ask Him to let me join you and your followers, and to grant you permission to intercede on my behalf regarding my sins as God the Exalted said, "Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth?"1 May God‟s Blessings be on you, your forefathers, your progeny (as) and the angels who reside in your shrine. May God‟s Blessings be on you and them all, and on the martyrs who bear witness with you and in front of you. May God‟s Blessings be on you, on them, and on your son Ali al-Asghar for whom you were agonized."Ziarat continues... Then say, "O' my God! I implore You by You. I have placed myself within the zone of sanctity of Muhammad and his household (as). I implore You by them. I seek their intercession to You on my behalf. I ask You for the sake of Muhammad and his Progeny (as) to fulfill my debts and whatever is incumbent on me. Please remove my sorrow, and let my relief be connected to their relief."Then extend your hands so much that your underarm can be seen and say the following, "O' God! There is no God but You! Please do not divulge my secrets, and do not dispose my defects. Please change my fear into peace and overlook my transgressions. O' my God! Please make me prosperous, successful and make my deeds satisfactory. Please respond to my prayers! O' God - the Generous!”Then say: "Peace be on you and may God's mercy be upon you." Then start and say: Peace be on the Commander of the Faithful Ali (as)! Peace be on Fatimah az-Zahra (as)! Peace be on Al-Hassan (as) – the Pure! Peace be on Al-Hussein (as), the Honest, the Martyr! Peace be on Ali ibn al-Hussein (as)! Peace be on Muhammad ibn Ali (as)! Peace be on Ja'far ibn Muhammad (as)! Peace be on Musa ibn Ja'far (as)! Peace be on Al-Reza Ali ibn Musa (as)! Peace be on Muhammad ibn Ali (as)! Peace be on Ali ibn Muhammad (as)! Peace be on Al-Hassan ibn Ali (as)! Peace be on the Living Imam (as) – rising by God's right, God's Proof on His Earth! God's Blessings be on him and his forefathers (as) – the ones who help develop, the Immaculate, the pure ones and may His peace be on them plentifully.|||O' Compassionate! O' Compassionate! O' the Sublime! O' the All-Mighty! O' the One! O' Eternal, Absolute! O' the One! O' the Odd! O' the All-Hearing, O' the All-Knowing! O' Knowing! O' Great! O' Proud! O' the Glorious! O' the Elegant! O' the Forbearing! O' Strong! O' Exalted in Might! O' Mighty! O' Available! O' Guardian! O' Compeller! O' the Sublime! O' Helper! O' Giver! O' Bestower! O' Acceptor of repentance! O' Resurrector! O' Inheritor! The Praiseworthy! O' the Most Glorious One! O' the Worshipped! O' Existing! O' Outward! O' Inward! O' the First! O' the Last! O' the Living! O' the Self-Subsisting! O' Lord of Majesty, Bounty and Honor! O' Lord of Honor and Authority! O' God! I ask You for the sake of these Names and for the sake of all Your Names. I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as). Please relieve me from all sorrow, sadness, grief, loss and restrictions. Please help me pay back my debts; let me reach what I hope for, ease my troubles, easily provide what I need, and let me quickly get what I need, grant my requests and my demands, and give me more than I desire. Please grant me the best of this world and the Hereafter.|||O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and send peace upon all of them. Indeed, Allah fills the scale and is the seal of the Prophets and Messengers. I seek protection in Allah by His complete words, and He is sufficient for me; there is no power and no strength except with Allah. He is the best guardian, the best protector, and the best helper. May Allah send blessings upon Muhammad, his family, and all the Prophets. O Allah, fulfill every need in this world and the Hereafter by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
